Giouvetsi!
Have you ever heard of the Greek dish called giouvetsi?
It's kritharaki pasta with beef cooked in the oven. I haven't had that in a while and thought I should make it.
I love the combination of bay leaves, allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon in the tomato sauce! They go so well with beef.
Some fresh vegetables from Dad's garden and some white goat cheese and there we have a rich lunch! Yummy!

Now I'm going to have to look out for it. In South Africa for a holiday at the moment.
