Chicken in the oven

When you're busy and a little bored you toss some chicken thighs in the oven and some pita bread and you have an easy lunch in less than an hour.

Cooked in a mustard, lemon and curry marinara the meat came out tender and super yummy!

A choriatiki salad with tomato, cucumber, olives, rusk and feta cheese completed our humble "feast".
