Hello my friends of Hive, welcome to a new post, I hope you are well and have a nice day, today I come to bring you one of my most recent drawings.

Today I wanted to share with you a semi-realistic portrait made with graphite, so far it is the portrait that I have done the best, I am still practicing and perfecting my technique, here I leave you the step by step, I hope you enjoy it.

Step by step:

The first thing was to make the sketch, when I do this kind of portraits I usually leave the pencil as clear as I can, since it is to mark shadows and volume, and not to go over lines, each time I am improving the proportion of my faces, something that helps me a lot is to make grids and central and vertical lines, they are guide lines that help me to position everything in a better way.

2.-Start by making the left part of the drawing, I really like to draw eyes, for this portrait was what I did best, well, I have always been able to do the eyes better than any other part of the face.

3.-I struggled trying to make the nose, I mean to give it shape, it was a little complicated and it became annoying, later it was the easiest thing to do when I added the shadows and details.

To make the lips I used a 2B and I was drawing lines according to the lines of the lips, I made the nasolabial furrow with a B pencil and with an eraser I erased a little there to give it that little shine that it has, the chin I made it with a H and under the lip I darkened it with a 2B.

5.-Now I did the other part of the face, the pupil I did with the 6B pencil, the iris I did with the 2B, the eyebrows I did with a 4B pencil with a very sharp tip as well as the eyelashes, and the cheekbones with a H pencil and to mark the cheeks I used a B pencil.

To make the hair I used a 6B and 8B pencil and I started to draw pure lines until I had all the shape of the hair, the bun and the locks that fall down the face, this was a little tiring.

And almost to finish, I did the rest of the body, I shaded under the head the neck with a 4B, the clavicle I marked it with a 2B, the right arm with a 2B and the rest of the body I drew it between an H, B and a 2B.

This is how my drawing was finished, for me the result is quite nice and I was comfortable with it, so far is the best semi-realistic portrait I do, I enjoy drawing this kind of things, and knowing that I can do them encourages me to improve every day more, so I do not stop practicing to keep improving, it took me 8 hours to finish it, that if, without rest, whenever I draw I concentrate too much that makes that nothing stops me, unless it is to eat hahaha, I hope you liked it, if so let me know in the comments, likewise if you have a recommendation that you want to give me I will gladly receive it.

Hola mis amigos de Hive, bienvenidos a un nuevo post, espero que se encuentren bien y que tengan un lindo día, hoy vengo a traerles uno de mis dibujos mas recientes.

Hoy quise compartir con ustedes un retrato semi-realista hecho con grafito, hasta el momento es el retrato que mejor me ha salido, aun sigo practicando y perfeccionando mi técnica, aquí les dejo el paso a paso, espero que lo disfruten.

Paso a paso:

1.-Lo primero fue hacer el boceto, cuando hago este tipo de retratos el lápiz lo suelo dejar lo mas claro que pueda, ya que se trata de marcar sombras y volumen, y no repasar líneas, cada vez voy mejorando la proporción de mis rostros, algo que a mi me ayuda un montón es hacer cuadriculas y líneas centrales y verticales, son líneas guías que me ayudan a posicionar todo de mejor manera.

2.-Empece por hacer la parte izquierda del dibujo, me gusta mucho dibujar ojos, para este retrato fue lo que mejor me salió, bueno, siempre e podido hacer los ojos mejor que cualquier otra parte de la cara.

3.-Batalle tratando de hacer la nariz, me refiero a darle forma, fue un poco complicado y llego a ser fastidioso, ya después fue de lo mas fácil de hacer al agregarle sus sombras y los detalles.

4.-Para hacerlos labios use un 2B y iba trazando líneas acorde a las líneas de los labios, hice el surco nasolabial con un lápiz B y con un borrador borre un poco ahí para darle ese brillito que tiene, la barbilla la hice con un H y bajo del labio oscurecí con un 2B.

5.-Ahora hice la otra parte de la cara, la pupila la hice con el lápiz 6B, el iris lo hice con el 2B, las cejas las hice con un lápiz 4B con la punta bien afilada al igual que las pestañas, y los pómulos con un lápiz H y para marcar los cachetes use un lápiz B.

6.-Para hacer el cabello use un lápiz 6B y 8B y empecé a trazar puras líneas hasta tener toda la forma del cabello, el moño y los mechones que caen por el rostro, esto fue un poco cansador.

7.-Y ya casi para terminar, hice el resto del cuerpo, sombree debajo de la cabeza el cuello con un 4B, la clavícula la marque con un 2B el brazo derecho con un 2B y el resto del cuerpo lo dibuje entre un H, B y un 2B.

Así quedo terminado mi dibujo, para mi el resultado es bastante agradable y quede a gusto con el, hasta el momento es el mejor retrato semi-realista que hago, disfruto demasiado dibujando este tipo de cosas, y saber que puedo hacerlas me alienta a mejorar cada día mas, por eso no paro de practicar para seguir mejorando, me tomo 8 horas terminarlo, eso si, sin descanso, yo siempre que dibujo me concentro demasiado que hace que nada me detenga, a menos que sea para comer jajaja, espero que les haya gustado, si es así déjamelo saber en los comentarios, al igual si tienes una recomendación que me quieras dar con mucho gusto la recibiré.
