Music-My Perfect Antidote to Stress
Hello all Hive Friends.
Hope you all are doing good.
Today I want to share my views on the importance of music in our daily lives.
Our lives are so much connected to music that we don’t even realise. It’s almost inseparable and we all use music at varied occasions sometimes to destress ourselves , sometimes to dance, while feeling sad or happy, to express ourselves, when feeling lonely and so on.
We all seek some kind of refuge in safe arms of music where we tend to forget ourselves and dream to be something or someone who/ what we really wonder to be.
For myself, music directs all my thinking faculties to a point where I can focus to the task at my hand in a better way. It always surrounds me with its indulging charm.

Music does wonders! There is music for every situation, love, hate, breakups, romance, sad, everything. I like music too. I usually play some nice religious songs in the morning and then towards the day, i switch to some slow numbers to be able to work with. In the evening, I like some dance numbers so that I can dance and enjoy.
I can totally agree with you, I myself follows the same routine for my music starting with religious in the morning and ending with dance numbers in the evening 😊😊
