Passing the knowledge to others

This season I am living a new stage in my professional life, I had to tutor four people, 3 are studying mechanical engineering and the other industrial engineering.

It really is a beautiful stage because that makes me go from being the ruthless one to being the one who teaches others.

But that is if I always keep in mind what a teacher told me that if you don't know the answer to a question there will always be people who do know the answer, it's all about knowing who to ask.

And the magic words like good morning have also helped me, please so that when I don't know how to answer, I can look for the right one and with the magic words those people with all the disposition remove the doubt from the questions that the interns ask me.
