[LOH-295] Roar in Simple: Not a Fashionista, I'm Just a Girl Who Loves My Tees, My Cap, and Hoody

When I was in highschool, the only thing that I think made me look fashionable was my black earrings, the cheap bracelets I bought together with my bff and the necklace that I think is cute. I wore it in my uniform and seriously, I feel cool with it. I feel more cool when I got another hole in my ears which boost my confidence. I'm kind of walanghiya in that era and I walk with confidence too coz I feel cute and cool. Haha. That's also the time I wore lipgloss and eyeliner which made my eyes, I think more bigger. Gosh, I feel like an expert when it comes to putting eye liner then, lol. As for the clothes, its always the unifor and PE uniform. I really hate wearing jeans and blouse but I love long shorts and t-shirt but I can't wear that to school yk.

Now, with the questions: Are you a fashion enthusiast? Do you follow trends, or do you simply wear what you like and what makes you feel comfortable?

First, am I a fashion enthusiast? NOOOO! NO WAY. See me there? Yes, thats how I dress up, I roar with SIMPLE. I like it though. And no, I don't follow trends. There are some trending clothes sometimes right? Both top and bottom, there's dresses too -not my thing actually. There are pants that I like though lile cargos. Sometimes, its not that I don't like them, most times, it is just my practicality who stops me from getting them -aside from i'm broke YES. There are times too that I get this and that once the hype is over. Thanks to that, I don't see lots of people wearing them, hahaha. I get things too late but who cares? At least they are cheaper now too unlike when they are newly introduced to people, lol

And to be honest, yes, I simply just wear what I like and clothes that make me feel comfortable, in my case it is always that black t-shirt -can be other colors too -and my favorite thrifted shorts. Dunno why the shorts I want can only be found in a thrift shop. But thats in favor to me because I can get those in cheapest. I think the cheapest short I own -still a good quality guys is a 35 pesos short. I got it with another t-shirt, 3 for 100 pesos, haha. A great deal if you'll ask me. I also rarely wear Pants even today, skirts? NEVER! Ahh, but I think I like those long denim skirts (⁠⌐⁠■⁠-⁠■⁠), never tried one though. Here's the most fashionable I can be, I tried my best guys, promise! Its fixed! Lol (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)

Wearing make up is also part of being a fashionista right? There are lipstick, eyeliners, eyeshadows and more that gone viral too because some influencers promote them, fortunately, I never been tempted to get those because I stop wearing anything on my face since I graduated in college. But to be honest, I think I also like make up thing, coloring my lips, putting lipstick and eyeshadow. I enjoy watching make up vlogs or those GRWM things and in this part, I was tempted to try decorating my face haha. But I don't want to buy make up kits ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ lolol. I like filters with a heavy make up tho, and when I see my face with it, -"So I will look like that if I try make up?" Something like that, lol

I just think, being a fashionista is so expensive my broke ass won't ever afford it. Aside from that, I also feel awkward wearing girly stuffs coz its not my thing and it feels like people will raise their eyebrows if I ever wear one. But its not all about what other people says, its me, the problem is me, i'm over thinking things and thats bad coz my confidence is also being affected. But anyway, being a fashionista is really not a requirement so whatever. I do me. That's that.
