I'm in FriYAY Mode: Starting the Day with Knoppers Wafer, Pretty Acacia Flowers, and the Quiet Road

It's Great Friday, we didn't see much people outside. Most of the shops are close except the local market. But even Mommy D's sari sari store is open, but we close it at 12:30 pm, we're only open half day. Some people take this time to spent time with their love ones. Glad i'm with the oldies and mama. And although my bros is not here, I am glad to know that my older brother is with his kids, having bonding moments with them in Batangas. For my lil bro, well, sadly he couldn't go home. The fare is really high now so its not advisable to travel especially if the budget is tight.

So, we received a blessings last night from Kuya Del, Mommy D received it and we had some of it for breakfast. It's a wafer, and it taste so good. Its a German snacks and i really wish this thing is available nearby because I really want more! I just love the wafer and the crunch if the almond in its fillings. I'll give it 11/10. I had good breakfast today. I ate it together with rainbow bread and a coffee

Anyways, I am not sure if the vendors in the market were open until afternoon today but to make sure, we visit there earlier to buy our viand. They said, meat is not okay on Good Friday so we bought fish. But then, the question is, does fish not a meat?

It's really hot today, but the morning is so cold. That's why a lot of people are getting sick right now. Coz of the change of the weather.

We're already on our way to the market here. And I noticed that big Acacia tree near the road. This tree is so old already but still looking so mighty and massive. And seriously, I finally got the chance to see a fresh flowers of it, still attaches to the body. I usually see them on the ground, either already flatten or just dry and unrecognizable anymore.

It is really beautiful no? I love the color it has and pink seriously is the color of a flwoers because they shime brightly with that color.

Mama pick one flower of it and I am the one holding it haha. This is my first touching it actually. Oh so pretty ♪⁠ ⁠\⁠(⁠^⁠ω⁠^⁠\⁠ ⁠)

We finished buying fish in the market so we headed home immediately. And that's when I saw this pretty flower on the side road. Mr. Sunny's shining its mightiness there so the heat is so intense on this spot. Poor plants. But still, they can survive this intense weather. ╮⁠(⁠＾⁠▽⁠＾⁠)⁠╭

And so, we arrive home and I took care of our lunch but frying everything. I made Tortang Dilis, that's my viand. The other fish is for the oldies.

Now, here's my crispy Tortang Dilis, I had here a banana ketchup which is just perfect for the fried anchovy. Nyon, nyom! And we had fried rice again today because of the leftovers ♪⁠┌⁠|⁠∵⁠|⁠┘⁠♪
