Mini municipal olympics [Eng/Esp]

Hello friends of Hive, how are you all? Today I would like to tell you that on Friday, April 25, the second Mini Olympics of athletics of the municipality of Antolin del Campo were held at the Baseball Stadium of La Rinconada, where the children of early childhood education from all schools in the municipality participated, ranging from class 1 to class 3 and with different disciplines.

Both public and private schools of the municipality participated, some of them are U.E.Br. Luis Navarro, U.E.N.B. Cruz Millán, U.E.E Cayetano García, U.E Colegio Pablo Romero Millán, U.E.E Juana Velazquez, C.E Dr Luis Ortega, U.E.E Amada Fermín, U.E.E Elvira Josefina.

Hola amigos de Hive, ¿cómo están todos? Hoy paso para contarles que el viernes 25 de Abril se realizaron las segundas Mini Olimpiadas de atletismo del municipio Antolín del Campo en el Estadio de Béisbol de la Rinconada, en dónde participaron los niños y niñas de educación inicial, de todas las escuelas del municipio, abarcando desde sala 1 hasta sala 3 y con diferentes disciplinas.

Participaron tanto las escuelas publicas y privadas del municipio, algunas de estas son la U.E.Br. Luis Navarro, U.E.N.B. Cruz Millán, U.E.E Cayetano García, U.E Colegio Pablo Romero Millán, U.E.E Juana Velazquez, C.E Dr Luis Ortega, U.E.E Amada Fermín, U.E.E Elvira Josefina.

The start of the activity was at 3 p.m., we started with the presentation of each school and their respective mascot, here we had a turtle, a cat, a parrot, a dinosaur, a dog, a tiger and the school where I work, which is the C.E. Dr. Luis Ortega, their mascot was the octopus.

After the presentation of the mascots, the parade of each school with their athletes took place, and then the swearing in ceremony. The national anthem was sung and the sports activities began. They started with the children of the mini Marathon of 150 mts for room 2 and 200 mts for room 3 for both categories, boys and girls; then it was the competition of horse races and tricycle for room 1 for each category.

El inicio de la actividad fue a las 3 p.m, se arrancó con la presentación de cada escuela y de su respectiva mascota, acá teníamos una tortuga, una gata, la cotorra, un dinosaurio, un perro, un tigre y la escuela donde trabajo que es el C.E. Dr. Luis Ortega su mascota fue el pulpo.

Terminada la presentación de las mascotas se realizó el desfile de cada escuela con sus atletas, para luego hacer la juramentación. Se cantó el himno nacional e iniciaron las actividades deportivas. Arrancaron con los niños del mini Maratón de 150 mts para sala 2 y 200 mts para sala 3 para ambas categorías, niños y niñas; luego fue la competencia de carreras de caballitos y de triciclo para sala 1 para cada categoría.

After this activity the 30 mts speed races were held for room 1 and room 2 with their different categories, after this activity we started the ball throwing for room 2 and target shooting for room 3, then the 50 mts obstacle races for room 3 with their different categories and the 3x3 90 mts relay races for room 2 and 3x3 120 mts for room 3 both with their different categories.

At the end of these races, awards were given to the athletes who won their different categories and a snack was given to all the children and teachers who participated in this beautiful activity and where the children enjoyed very much each of the competitions.

The children who won will participate in the mini state olympics that will be held soon and I will let you know when they take place.

Después realizaron las carreras de velocidad de 30 mts para sala 1 y sala 2 con sus diferentes categorías, finalizada esta actividad se dió inicio al lanzamiento de pelotas para sala 2 y tiro al blanco para sala 3, luego se realizó las carreras de obstáculos 50 mts para sala 3 con sus diferentes categorías y las carreras de relevos 3x3 90 mts para sala 2 y 3x3 120 mts para sala 3 ambos con sus diferentes categorías.

Al terminar estás carreras se realizó la premiación a los atletas que ganaron sus diferentes categorías y se les dió un refrigerio a todos los niños y profesores que participaron en esta bella actividad y en donde los niños disfrutaron mucho de cada una de las competencias.

Los niños que ganaron van a participar en las mini olimpiadas estatales que se estarán realizando próximamente y les pasaré a contar cuando se realicen.

Bueno amigos, eso es todo por hoy, quise compartir esta experiencia con ustedes porque es la continuación de un post que publiqué hace un tiempo cuando se hicieron estas mini olimpiadas en el colegio para escoger a los que nos iban a representar en estas municipales y ahora los ganadores de ayer nos van a representar en las estatales.
