SOLVING ANOTHER SALTPETER PROBLEM / RESOLVIENDO OTRO PROBLEMA POR SALITRE (ENG-ESP)

This time I want to share with you some of the work we are doing in Margarita shopping center, located on Bolivar Avenue, this mall as I have been telling has many structural problems which have been fixed little by little.

Since the detail is that it is near the sea and that makes the saltpeter and keep in this structure and when maintenance is not done at the right time begins to begin little by little, reaching the state of being destroyed much of it, and this can get to yield the roof and cause an accident.

To prevent this from happening, we are replacing some beams and part of the roof sheeting that corresponds to the area where the beams will be replaced, because the sheeting is in poor condition causing leaks and causing the beam that was previously in place to rot because it is badly affected by saltpeter. This work, even though it is not easy, only takes one day. Yes, one day to make the small change of two beams, of almost 2 meters each ☺️ and how is the work going for you?

Hola, queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad. Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien y tengan un bonito fin de semana.
En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un poco del trabajo que estamos realizando en centro comercial margarita, ubicado en la av. Bolívar, este centro comercial como he venido contando tiene muchos problemas estructurales las cuales se han venido arreglando poco a poco.

Ya que el detalle es que queda cerca del mar y eso hace que el salitre y mantenga en esta estructura y cuando no se le hace mantenimiento en el momento adecuado comienza comencé poco a poco, llegando al estado de quedar gran parte destruida, y con esto puede llegar a ceder el techo y causar accidente.

Para que eso no ocurra estamos reemplazando unas vigas y parte de las láminas del techo que corresponde a esa área donde se cambiaran las vigas, debido a que las láminas están en mal estado causando filtraciones y haciendo que la viga que anteriormente estaba colocada se pudriera porque están muy afectadas por el salitre. Este trabajo, a pesar de que se ve que no es fácil, solo se necesita un día. Si un día para realizar el pequeño cambio de dos vigas, de casi 2 metros cada una ☺️ y a ¿ustedes como les va en el trabajo?
