The Ice Pixie card [Esp/Eng]

Hace un par de días que ya salió el Social Media Challenge y quiero aprovechar para hablarte de una carta que utilizo mucho porque considero que es una muy buena opción en distintas situaciones que se puedan presentar, especialmente en mi caso, donde estoy utilizando muchas cartas del elemento agua. Aunque seguramente, por la imagen de inicio, ya debes saber de quién te voy a hablar. En caso de que seas nuevo y no conozcas a ese personaje, no te preocupes, porque puedes seguir desplazándote para averiguarlo.

It's been a couple of days since the Social Media Challenge and I want to take this opportunity to tell you about a card that I use a lot because I consider it a very good option in different situations that may arise, especially in my case, where I am using many cards of the water element. Although surely, by the image at the beginning, you must already know who I am going to tell you about. In case you are new and don't know that character, don't worry, because you can keep scrolling to find out.

Ice Pixie es una carta de daño mágico que pertenece al elemento agua y que podría estar siendo poco valorada por el daño que puede hacer por si sola.

En su nivel uno está carta cuenta con las siguientes estadísticas:
Tipo de daño: Mágico.
Daño: 1
Velocidad: 3
Vida: 1
Habilidad: volar

Podría considerarse que la carta quizá es mala pero hay algo que no estamos considerando y es que está carta solo tiene un costo de 2 de mana, lo cual es muy bueno para las ocasiones en qué se presentan batallas de mana muy bajos o donde nos obligan a usar este estilo de cartas.

Ice Pixie is a magic damage card that belongs to the water element and might be undervalued for the damage it can do on its own.

At its level one, this card has the following stats:
Damage Type: Magic
Damage: 1
Speed: 2
Health: 1
Ability: Flying

It could be considered that the card might be bad, but there is something that we are not considering, and that is that this card only costs 2 mana, which is very good for those occasions when there are battles with very little mana reserve or where we are forced to use this type of cards.

Me gusta mucho poder tener a Ice Pixie a mano porque es perfecta cuando estás armando el mazo y te queda una pequeña porción de maná para colocar una carta de este tipo. A pesar de tener muy poca vida, cuenta con la habilidad de volar, lo que ayuda a que la mayoría de las veces pueda esquivar un ataque de monstruos con habilidad de oportunidad o de ataque a distancia.

Otra cosa que puedo decir sobre la carta es que, con la ayuda de un invocador como Alric Stormbringer, podemos hacer que su daño aumente a dos puntos. Tal es el caso de la batalla que te muestro arriba, donde se puede apreciar que selecciono a Ice Pixie para completar esa porción de maná que aún tenía libre y con la intención de retrasar un poco la llegada de mi último monstruo a la primera posición en caso de que derribasen a mi tanque. Sin embargo, aquí, a pesar de utilizar al invocador para aumentar su daño, el objetivo no fue posible porque mi contrincante utilizó un invocador que provoca la resta de ese punto.

I really like having Ice Pixie on hand because it's perfect when you're building your deck and you have a small portion of mana left to put a card like this in. Despite having very little life, it has the ability to fly, which helps most of the time it can dodge an attack from monsters with an opportunity or ranged attack ability.
Another thing I can say about the card is that, with the help of a summoner like Alric Stormbringer, we can make its damage increase to two points. Such is the case of the battle I show you above, where you can see that I select Ice Pixie to complete that portion of mana I still had free and with the intention of delaying a little the arrival of my last monster to the first position in case my tank was knocked down. However, here, despite using the summoner to increase its damage, the objective was not possible because my opponent used a summoner that causes the subtraction of that point.

Un momento muy bueno para utilizar esa carta es cuando en las reglas del juego aparece "Equalizer", lo cual hace que todos tus monstruos tengan la misma cantidad de vida que cualquier otro monstruo con la base de vida más alta. Esto, combinado con la posibilidad de aumentar su daño a dos puntos, la convierte en una opción competitiva.

A very good time to use this card is when "Equalizer " appears in the game rules, which makes all your monsters have the same amount of life as any other monster with the highest base life. This, combined with the possibility of increasing its damage to two points, makes it a competitive option.

Si hacemos una revisión de sus estadísticas para ver qué mejoras tiene en otros niveles, podemos apreciar cómo en el nivel cinco aumenta su velocidad, su vida, añade un punto de escudo y adquiere la habilidad "Shatter", la cual quita el escudo del oponente cuando el monstruo ataca utilizando dicha habilidad.

If we review his stats to see what improvements he has at other levels, we can see how at level five he increases his speed, his health, adds a shield point and acquires the "Shatter" ability, which removes the opponent's shield when the monster attacks using this ability.
