Hola mi #hivers amigos. Hoy me sumo a participar en el concurso de cinetv y traigo con ustedes una película que me gusto mucho cuando la vi, porque me provoco muchas risas y también se me puso el corazón chiquito porque es bastante cruel y como dice mi amigo @prometeosz alerta de spoilers.
Hello my #hivers friends. Today I join to participate in the cinetv-contest and I bring with you a movie that I really liked when I saw it, because it made me laugh a lot and also made my heart go pitter-patter because it's quite cruel and as my friend @prometeosz says spoiler alert.
La película da inicio con un señor bastante mayor de edad que desea conseguir trabajo y así se postula para ser becario en una empresa muy importante.
Si aún no la has visto, pues deberías hacerlo, ya que es bastante educativa y se asemeja bastante con la realidad, bueno, al menos con la mía.
No es para nada fácil lograr llevar una organización y puntualidad tan buena como la tenía BEN (uno de los protagonistas) que podemos admirar como él una noche antes preparaba todo para que su siguiente día fuese mejor que el anterior y así asegurarse de no olvidar pero ni las medias. Las ganas de Ben para trabajar eran increíbles, mira que soportar lo que él soportó no es fácil y más cuando se desconoce un poco el espacio y tus compañeros laborales en vez de ayudar lo que hacen es empeorar la cosa, pero eso no fue obstáculo para él, él insistió e insistió que cuando se dio cuenta había logrado mucho más de lo que habían logrado muchos de los trabajadores.
The film starts with a rather old man who wants to get a job and so he applies to be an intern in a very important company.

La película me encanta porque pueden ver la organización, la estructura de trabajo, la planificación, el modo de proyectar las metas y el trabajo que hacen los empleados para lograr cumplir con los requerimientos que su jefa les colocaba, porque, les cuento que Annie de jefa no era nada fácil. Pero podríamos ver como estaba al menos un 95% comprometida con la compañía, porque era suyo, era su creación y luchaba por mantenerla; sin embargo, no todo es perfecto.
I love the movie because you can see the organization, the work structure, the planning, the way of projecting the goals and the work that the employees do to achieve the requirements that their boss placed on them, because, I tell you that Annie as a boss was not easy at all. But we could see how she was at least 95% committed to the company, because it was hers, it was her creation and she fought to keep it; however, not everything is perfect.
Creo firmemente que en este aspecto nos identificamos todos, y es que nos perdemos de nuestra balanza y comenzamos agregar más peso de un lado que del otro. Y es que podemos ver como la vida personal de Annie se veía afectada por el acceso de trabajo que ella tenía y el poco tiempo que dedicaba a su familia, y probablemente perdiéndose alguno de los mejores momentos de su hija.
Bueno, quizás perdiéndose de muchos momentos, hasta de disfrutar su intimidad con su esposo. Pero, vemos que parte de todo lo que tenía era debido al esfuerzo, la constancia y perseverancia, aunque al final casi abandona su sueño principal para poder dedicarse a su familia, pero el imperio que había creado era monstruoso y crecía con rapidez.
Quizás, debía era crear la fórmula en que no descuidara ni el trabajo ni a su familia, pero, a quien engañamos, si todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas olvidamos ese aspecto para dedicarnos a ful en nuestro trabajo para lograr una mejoría.

Bueno, no se pueden quejar, realmente no les conté todo detallado de la película, así que aún seguirá siendo una sorpresa para quien la vea por primera vez.
