Saludos gente, Be entrepreneur pasando por aquí me llamó mucho la atención aquello de detenerse a pensar las formas de apalancamiento que hemos tenido en nuestros emprendimientos, gracias a la Iniciativa: La Palanca que ha impulsado tu mundo.
UNA HISTORIA LLENA DE OPORTUNIDADES.
Siempre recuerdo con mucho agrado las formas en que comencé a ver la oportunidad que me brindaba tener un anexo en mi casa y disponerlo para hospedajes, eventos y celebraciones; sobre todo por la vista que tenía y las grandes panorámicas que una casa ecológica me permitía, las ideas me brotaban por montón. El tema es que me pasé unos 4 años viendo la posibilidad, pero nada que arrancaba. Un día una amiga que también tenía la misma visión sin ponernos de acuerdo, me propuso una Escapada Romántica, ella y su pareja; en ese momento me activé para hacer de eso un instante muy especial, hice todo para que eso fuera maravilloso, bajé una cama y adorné todo con algunas cosas que tenía y había ubicado en ese lugar.

A STORY FULL OF OPPORTUNITIES.
I always remember with great pleasure the ways in which I began to see the opportunity to have an annex in my house and have it available for lodging,events and celebrations, especially for the view that I had and the great panoramic views that an ecological house allowed me, the ideas came to me by the bucketload. The thing is that I spent about 4 years looking at the possibility, but nothing started. One day a friend who also had the same vision without agreeing, proposed me a Romantic Getaway, she and her partner; at that moment I activated myself to make it a very special moment, I did everything to make it wonderful, I lowered a bed and decorated everything with some things that I had and had located in that place.
UN EMPRENDIMIENTO EQUIPADO CON RECICLADO
De a poco me llegaron cosas de regalo para seguir dándole forma al emprendimiento y de pronto me encontré con que tenía unas grandes lámparas, un juego de comedor y un sofá, muebles de madera y todo iba llegando, hasta sábanas, cojines y cobijas. Todo siempre en franca mejoría y eso se mantiene todavía.
Así las cotufas en la cabeza seguían dándome ideas y finamente iba decorando, arreglando y poniendo todo a disposición, con un principio de estética muy claro y una limpieza impecable.
Financieramente no he contado con apoyo, pero si los clientes que he tenido han sido mi circulo de amigos, empecé con los amigos como dije al principio y luego con mucha preocupación porque se trataba de mi casa me fui extendiendo a otras oportunidades.
AN ENTERPRISE EQUIPPED WITH RECYCLED MATERIALS
Little by little I received gifts to continue shaping the project and suddenly I found that I had some big lamps, a dining room set and a sofa, wooden furniture and everything was arriving, even sheets, cushions and blankets. Everything was always improving and that is still going on.
Thus, the cakes in my head kept giving me ideas and finally I was decorating, arranging and making everything available, with a very clear principle of aesthetics and impeccable cleanliness.
Financially I have not had support, but the clients I have had have been my circle of friends, I started with friends as I said at the beginning and then with much concern because it was my house I was extending to other opportunities.
En fin el apalancamiento tal como lo presenta @damarysvibra puede venir de tantas formas que simplemente tiene que tener constancia, sin embargo se que existen muchas maneras de seguir creciendo en este entorno, lo que implica someterme a una investigación muy interesante de como crecen las empresas de este tipo.
Siempre he pensado que mientras llega ese aporte financiero para impulsarme más puedo hacer alianzas con los vecinos, esto por su puesto implica casi fundar una escuela de hotelería y turismo, porque las mentalidades que tenemos es necesario actualizarlas y dar esta experiencia a otros para probar. Esta creo también es una forma de crecer, solo que la estética y la limpieza de manera uniforme lleva consigo grandes procesos de consenso y aprendizaje.

In short, the leverage as presented by @damarysvibra can come in so many ways that simply has to have constancy, however I know that there are many ways to continue growing in this environment, which involves submitting me to a very interesting investigation of how companies of this type grow.
I have always thought that while that financial contribution comes to boost me more I can make alliances with neighbors, this of course implies almost founding a school of hospitality and tourism, because the mentalities that we have is necessary to update them and give this experience to others to try. This I think is also a way to grow, only that aesthetics and cleanliness uniformly carries with it great consensus and learning processes.
