Fisherman's dreams

Fishing is such a thing that, once, having made itself known, reminds you of itself for the rest of your life and comes to you, even in dreams.

Yes, I have dreamed more than once how I cast my fishing rod into the lake, which, suddenly, turned out to be in the middle of the courtyard of multi-storey buildings, where, in reality, there is a children's playground with carousels, but. in a dream, there is a lake in which many fish live.

Strange, in a dream I feel how the fishing line is being pulled, how the fish will hit the bait, how it strongly resists when I fish it ashore.

I decided to materialize such a dream by turning an ordinary road into a full-flowing river.

Here is a photo of a narrow road that runs between two lawns.

As it turned out, it fits perfectly into the idea that I decided to implement.

I decided to portray a fisherman who sits on the shore and waits for the float to come to life.

Here comes the fisherman. It remains to do a few more transformations of the overall picture.

The final touch, after working on the structure of the trees, is the red float, which is the key figure of the painting, because the fisherman relies on it completely.
