Man, I hope so. I have been getting up so early to work out it doesn't feel like I get hardly any sleep anymore!

If you’re relying on hope to compensate for a lacking of deep, soulful knowing... lol. Just sayin.’

Busy is good mostly. It means you are doing something and hopefully something that makes a difference to you. So less sleep but I sleep being inconvenient is a also necessary to keep you going.

Busy is good mostly

I’d debate that.

Busyness does not equate to productive, effective, or efficient.

On the contrary, a lot of people are busy, yet horribly unproductive, ineffective at what they’re doing, and inefficient. Busyness for busyness’ sake is far from good, as without the effectiveness and efficient, it’s merely a waste of time and energy that’s more likely to lead to burnout than desired results.

Of course, if one is busy engaged in something that is meaningful, and it’s being done productively, effectively, and efficiently, than yes, it could be said to be “good.” Though it’s really the details of the context that determine “good/bad.” (As is the case with many other good/bad judgements).

Yes, there is always people busy for the wrong reason or people making people busy for the wrong reason.
I just hope I havw more reason to be busy for the right reason. 😎

Not a matter of hope, but one of conscious choice and creation... 😉
