Oh, I'm so sorry, @rok-sivante! I really know what that's like. Three years ago my father died and I remember feeling extreme pain in the bones of my knees that was only soothed with painkillers. I became an addict! Until one day I went to therapy with some friends and I remember that all I did was cry all day. The pain of the loss had sickened my body, but thanks to crying, I healed.Normally we test our body and subject it to limit activities, without realizing that we are human and mortal. Music would be a good therapy, even if it's just listening to it. It always pleases me to hear from you. I hope you get better! A big hug!:)

Quite a testament to the power of consciously facing one's inner worlds... how many addictions, how much pain, could be bypassed would we simply give ourselves that gift of slowing down to grieve... 💗

Sorry, for your suffering, brother.

Went through something similar, last year, with cluster migraines & heart palpitations.

The body has a way of letting us know when we’ve gone astray from our path & putting the breaks on so that we do not wander, further.

Wishing you breakthroughs/healing, soon, and an understanding of what it is your body is trying to tell you 🙏🏼✨

That reminds me... I knew a guy in Bali who took LSD to relieve cluster headaches. So if you ever happen to get 'em again, that might be a remedy to test out... :-)

Indeed, the body's mastery... and how foolish so many of us tend to be in ignoring it and pushing ahead anyways with our own agendas... a silly species, us humans can be...

🙏

Now, there's a radical idea... something I was more likely to try in my twenties :P Hopefully, headaches do not return.

Wishing you a sound mind & body _/|\_

I’m not too sure of what dosage he was taking, but then again, microdosing has been found to have quite a wide range of benefits lately, so perhaps even just small amounts would do the job without the dragons chasing... 😋🐲
