We thought we were immortal, and then came Ebola, bird flu, zika and now the coronavirus. We're facing enemies we already thought were defeated. In addition to this, we are facing another enemy, a dangerous virus that is "hyper-information". Everywhere we go, news is raining down on us that we have to drink with a teaspoon. In particular, it makes me tired to get up and not know what to do with so much information. It is in these moments that I regret not knowing how to meditate and not practicing yoga.
