Hi everyone! Happy Sunday and welcome back. I’m back and here to provide you with my stepping report for the day where this morning I started with my exercise and a short walk around the neighborhood. It’s getting warmer here now so it’s best to do walking early on in the day. I like vitamin D but too much of it isn’t good for your skin.

Later this afternoon I went to an Asian store and bought a few ginseng teas and a few other items like fresh fruits, etc.
