My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2022
Hello! Happy weekend everyone!
Today’s another beautiful day and another workout done for the day.
Firstly after waking up, I started the usual warm-up exercises and then I went walking and jogging around the neighborhood. Weather was practically same as yesterday with temperature in the low 50Fs to high 50s with cool breeze flowing every now and then. Didn’t have to struggle with sun heat at all. A lot of people including children were out and about enjoying themselves with their activities outdoors.
On the way home, I happened to pass by this pond with water fountain ⛲️.
