Happy Wednesday. Welcome to my fitness report and thanks for stopping by once again. How was your stepping workout today. Hope all went well.
As for me, well, I walked again in the park this afternoon. I did a couple of rounds and some. While walking I took few pictures of nature as you can see here below:
Prior to this, I went to lunch at an Indian restaurant and had a cod fish masala sauce. The food was very delicious but the service was terrible. I gave 3% tip, I could’ve given 20% if service was fine. Maybe the server had a bad hair day. Who knows….
After walking from the park I went to the post office and that pretty much sums up for my stepping day.

A nice number of steps! It’s a shame the service was poor. I hate that myself. I usually tip between 20 to 25 percent if the service is good.
