Hola chicos, sean todos bienvenidos a este nuevo video... ALERTA EN #HIVE...tranquilo, no te alarmes, la idea de este vídeo es para entregarles un mensaje lleno de esperanza y optimismo pero sobre todo bajo el concepto del trabajo.

Como #hiver, durante este recorrido he visto personas llegar, a otras irse, he visto como la moneda se ha revalorizado, he visto el cambio (para bien y otras según mi juicio para mal) en el contenido de otras personas....he visto la forma en la que han crecido aquí y como este espacio también lo ha hecho. Este 2022 es el año de la oportunidad y para mí esto es sinónimo del significado de #hive ya que todos somos privilegiados por formar parte de esto y al ritmo que vamos, sé que llegaremos lejos pero para esto...la quietud no es la respuesta.

💚Me anoto en el crecimiento de #Hive💚

La ideal principal, el objetivo de este vídeo es para decir presente en las energías positivas que se alinean dentro de #hive para este inicio de año...cuando les digo que he presenciado los cambios de #hive es porque he Sido testigo de algunos y protagonista de otros...no es necesario que en el proceso de aprendizaje obligatoriamente tengamos que caernos para aprender … Si, de la caída hay aprendizaje pero no tenemos que caernos si o si para evolucionar. Todo lo que les digo en mi vídeo no es porque alguien más lo haya vivido, no... Casi todo, por no decir que todo ha Sido parte de mi en este proceso kksnadi "creación de contenido para #hive" . He tenido el apoyo de grandes proyectos de curación, el voto de las ballenas...como también he tenido contenidos que me ha tocado alzarlos poco a poco...pero vuelvo y les repito, las adversidades son oportunidades de crecimiento. Hoy por hoy, me emprendo en la creación de contenido para #3speak y si me hubiesen dicho hace más de un año en hacer esto...con honestidad lo hubiese visto poco probable porque el nivel de esfuerzo que necesita la creación de un contenido formato vídeo es mucho más exigente que el escrito debido a que son muchos los aspectos que se están desarrollando y que se deben tomar en cuenta en un momento determinado... Pero todo esto ha servido de experiencia y hoy puedo decir que a pesar de todas las fallas, dificultades...por cada ocasión en el proceso dónde me haya quedado seco, por decirlo de una forma...ha servido para mí crecimiento ... Por eso, cada escenario que abordamos en #hive es sinónimo de oportunidad porque nos vemos ante una situación que nos llevará tanto a crecer como individuos pero también como colmena .

Así que para este año muchachos sigamos trabajando y sobre todo siendo muy receptivos ya que toda crisis, dificultad o adversidad como siempre les digo, es una oportunidad para ser mejores...#hive sigue creciendo, sigue evolucionando y forma parte de nuestra responsabilidad seguir creciendo con la plataforma y para esas personas que están llegando, seguir mostrando ejemplo y humildad como en algún momento nos sucedió a nosotros...el 2022 va a seguir siendo de crecimiento y este video nos lleva a tener mayor conciencia de dónde estamos , qué estamos haciendo y evaluar si esto es coherente con la dirección que tomamos.

Sé que #hive va a seguir creando espectativas aún más grandes porque ha abierto puertas en hogares, transformando familias, inquietando...cada vez más vemos personas llegando y es importante brindarles lo que en algún momento se nos dió... A pesar de mis intereses personales, cada cierto tiempo dedico un espacio en mi #blog, ahora #vlog para crear conciencia de #hive y sobre la forma en la que abordo la creación de contenido con la intención de transmitir a las demás abejas que no e necesario un equipo de producción detrás de nosotros o herramientas de alta gama sino que vean ante ustedes a una persona que comenzó con un teléfono económico, una laptop que estaba dañada y gracias a mis primeras recompensas pude acomodar … Alguien que pudo durante todo este recorrido invertir en nuevas herramientas, que no estarán a la altura de algún canal de televisión, pero que son mis herramientas obtenidas del esfuerzo en #hive...que pude tener una navidad idónea gracias a #hive dónde no solo fui el beneficiado sino toda mi familia....#hive cambia , transforma hogares y este 2022 #hive seguirá siendo sinónimo de "oportunidad".

The main ideal, the objective of this video is to say present in the positive energies that are aligned within #hive for this beginning of the year...when I tell you that I have witnessed the changes of #hive is because I have been witness of some and protagonist of others...it is not necessary that in the learning process we necessarily have to fall to learn...Yes, from the fall there is learning but we don't have to fall if or if to evolve. Everything that I tell you in my video is not because someone else has lived it, no....
