Delicious Cannelloni stuffed with Bolognese Meat / Deliciosos Canelones rellenos de carne a la boloñesa

Good morning, dear friends of Hive! I hope you are all in good spirits and health. We are already in the middle of the week, and yesterday I prepared some cannelloni that turned out very tasty, especially if we make it and save it for lunch another day. Here I show you the recipe.

Buen día, queridos amigos de Hive! Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien de ánimo y de salud. Ya estamos a mitad de semana, y ayer preparé unos canelones que quedaron muy ricos, sobre todo si lo hacemos y guardamos para almorzar otro día. Aquí les muestro la receta.



1 package of cannelloni (in this case I used half).

1/2 Meat Bolognese.

Parmesan or pecorino cheese, to taste.

Bechamel sauce.

1 paquete de canelones (en este caso usé la mitad)
1/2 Carne a la boloñesa
Queso parmesano o pecorino, al gusto
Salsa bechamel


Ingredients for the Bolognese sauce:

1/2 kg ground beef

1 stalk of celery cut in brunoise

2 medium onions cut in brunoise

1 medium carrot cut in brunoise

1/2 kg of tomatoes cut in brunoise

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


1 sprig of parsley cut in chiffonade

2 basil leaves

Water or broth

Ingredientes para la salsa boloñesa:
1/2 kg de carne molida
1 tallo de apio españa cortada en brunoise
2 cebollas medianas cortada en brunoise
1 zanahoria mediana cortada en brunoise
1/2 kg de tomates cortado en brunoise
Sal al gusto
Pimienta al gusto
1 rama de perejil cortada en chiffonade
2 hojas de albahaca
Agua o caldo


Sauté the celery, onion and carrot for 4 minutes, add salt and pepper, add the meat, stir for 3 minutes and add the tomatoes and basil. Add broth or water until it covers the preparation and cook over low heat and covered for 2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley. Set aside.

Sofreir el apio españa, la cebolla y la zanahoria por 4 minutos, agregar la sal y la pimienta, incorporar la carne, remover por espacio de 3 minutos y agregar los tomates y la albahaca. Agregar caldo o agua hasta que cubra la preparación y cocinar a fuego bajo y tapado por espacio de 2 horas. Espolvorear con perejil. Reservar.


Ingredients for the Bechamel Sauce:

60 gr margarine

60 gr of wheat flour

1/2 Lt of milk

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 pinch of nutmeg

Ingredientes para la Salsa Bechamel:
60 gr de margarina
60 gr de harina de trigo
1/2 Lt de leche
Sal al gusto
Pimienta al gusto
1 pizca de Nuez moscada



In a previously preheated pan, add the margarine and the wheat flour. Stir well with a whisk until it comes off the pan and has no lumps. Add the milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, add the pinch of nutmeg and turn off. Set aside.


En una sartén previamente precalentada, agregar la margarina y la harina de trigo. Remover bien con un batidor hasta que se despegue del sartén y no tenga grumos. Agregar la leche, la sal y la pimienta. Dejar hervir removiendo siempre, agregar la pizca de nuez moscada y apagar. Reservar.

Fill the cannelloni with the meat bolognese. In a refractory or aluminum mold, place béchamel sauce, then a layer of stuffed cannelloni, again béchamel sauce and on top we sprinkle Parmesan cheese, we repeat the procedure until the cannelloni are finished. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After that time, remove the aluminum foil and let it gratinate. Ready.

Rellenar los canelones con la carne a la boloñesa. En un molde refractario o de aluminio, colocar salsa bechamel, luego una capa de canelones rellenos, de nuevo salsa bechamel y encima regamos queso parmesano, volvemos a repetir el procedimiento hasta que se terminen los canelones. Tapamos el molde con papel aluminio y metemos al horno por 20 minutos. Después de ese tiempo, quitamos el papel de aluminio y dejamos gratinar. Listo.

Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
