Delicious Cachitos with Ham and Cheese / Deliciosos Cachitos con Jamón y Queso

Hi friends of Hive, yesterday I prepared some delicious cachitos for an order. This recipe is enough for 30 cubes. I filled them with leg ham and hard white cheese, all grated, but you can fill them with whatever you want.

Hola amigos de Hive, ayer preparé para un encargos, unos deliciosos cachitos. Esta receta da para 30 cachitos. Los rellené con jamón de pierna y queso blanco duro, todo rallado, pero tú puedes rellenarlos con lo que quieras.

Ingredients:

2 kg of wheat flour

6 eggs (4 for the dough and 2 for painting)

200 gr of margarine

1/2 kg of grated leg ham

1/2 kg grated cheese

4 cups of warm water

4 tablespoons instant yeast

3 tablespoons salt

Ingredientes:
2 kg de harina de trigo
6 huevos (4 para la masa y 2 para pintarlos)
200 gr de margarina 1/2 kg de jamón de pierna rallado 1/2 kg de queso rallado 4 tazas de agua tibia
4 cucharadas de levadura instantánea
3 cucharadas de sal

Preparation:

In a bowl place the wheat flour in the form of a volcano. Open a hole in the middle and place all the ingredients. We begin to knead for ten minutes and let it rest in a place where there are no air currents for 30 minutes or until it has doubled its size.

After that time, we divide the dough into 6 parts, we extend it forming a circle which we divide by cutting it into triangles, like a pizza (5 pieces will come out). Try to make sure that the circles and triangles are the same size.

Place the ham and cheese filling at the base of the triangle and roll it up until it is complete. We fix it with a little water, liquid milk or egg so that the tip does not rise and we put it in contact with the tray, which will be with margarine and flour; a slight curvature will be made to the pieces.

We let them leaven for approximately 30 minutes. After that time, we paint them with a mixture of 2 egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Bake them at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until they have a golden color.

Preparación:
En un bol colocar la harina de trigo en forma de volcán. Abrimos un hueco en el medio y colocamos todos los ingredientes. Comenzamos a amasar por espacio de diez minutos y dejamos reposar en un lugar donde no lleguen las corrientes de aire por 30 minutos o hasta que haya duplicado su tamaño.
Pasado ese tiempo, dividimos la masa en 6 partes, la extendemos formando un círculo al que dividimos cortando en forma de triángulos, como una pizza (saldrán 5 cachitos). Hay que tratar de que los círculos y los triángulos queden del mismo tamaño.
Colocamos el relleno de jamón y queso en la base de triángulo y lo vamos enrollando hasta que se complete. Lo fijamos con un poco de agua, leche líquida o huevo para que la punta no se levanté y lo ponemos en contacto con la bandeja, la cuál estará con margarina y harina; se le hará una ligera curvatura a los cachitos.
Los dejamos leudar por aproximadamente 30 minutos. Pasado ese tiempo, los pintamos con una mezcla de 2 yemas de huevo y 1 cucharada de azúcar. Los horneamos a 180 grados por 20 minutos o hasta que tengan un color dorado.
