Decorando con la IA/ Decorating with AI 🖼💻
Hello chicos! Cómo les va? Por aquà esta semana he estado un poco dispersa haciendo muchas cosas a la vez, lo que ha alterado bastante mi rutina, pero no me quejo porque he hecho muchas cositas lindas para el cuarto de Miranda que me tienen súper feliz, sobre todo ahora que jugando con la IA creé algunas opciones decorativas para toooda la habitación, pero hoy les voy a hablar especÃficamente sobre la pared donde se encuentra la cama y en todo lo que estoy haciendo.
Hi everyone! How are you all getting on? I’ve been a bit all over the place this week, juggling lots of things at once, which has really disrupted my routine, but I’m not complaining because I’ve made lots of lovely little things for Miranda’s room that have me absolutely chuffed, especially now that I’ve been playing around with AI to create some decorative options for the whole room. But today I’m going to talk specifically about the wall where the bed is and everything I’m working on.
La imagen que les muestro aquà abajito fue creada en Google en el modo IA, partiendo de una fotografÃa de la habitación, que como les comenté la pintaremos de gris perla, y esa fue una de las cosas que pedà a la IA, cambiar el color de la pared para poder visualizar cómo se verán todas las cosas que quiere Miranda y estar segura de lo que haré, y luego de darle todas las pautas este fue el resultado, y por supuesto fue aprobado por Miranda, por lo que ya con un punto de partida me puse manos a la obra.
Comencé a trabajar en las distintas decoraciones que vamos a incorporar, iniciando por las que están justo encima de la cabecera de la cama, como la tira de luces con las polaroid, que en este caso Miri las quiere de la cantante Olivia Rodrigo y se las hice en Canva con unas imágenes que ella me dio, asà que ya solo están de imprimir porque las luces ya las tenemos en casa.
The image I’m showing you below was created in Google’s AI mode, based on a photograph of the room, which, as I mentioned, we’re going to paint pearl grey, and that was one of the things I asked the AI to do: change the colour of the wall so I could visualise how all the things Miranda wants will look and be sure of what I’m going to do. After giving it all the guidelines, this was the result, and of course it was approved by Miranda, so with a starting point in place, I got down to work.
I started working on the various decorations we’re going to incorporate, beginning with those just above the headboard, such as the string of lights with the Polaroids. In this case, Miri wants them featuring the singer Olivia Rodrigo, so I made them in Canva using some images she gave me; they’re now just waiting to be printed, as we already have the lights at home.
Por otro lado, están los tres cuadros que ven arriba de las polaroid que en este caso Miranda decidió hacerlos usando las photocards de sus 3 grupos de k-pop favoritos (Stray Kids, Enhypen y Twice) y ese es el proyecto en el que estoy trabajando justo ahora y en el que por suerte no he gastado absolutamente nada, ya que usé unos marcos que tenÃamos en casa con diplomas de cuando mis hermanas y yo estábamos en la escuela y la verdad es que el resultado es súper bello y a Miranda le encantó.
De momento tengo uno finalizado (el de Enhypen) y los otros marcos listos para ser armados, y con ellos ya tendrÃa casi lista la parte central de la decoración de esa pared, aunque obviamente no voy a hacer todo tal cual, pero esto definitivamente querÃamos hacerlo y ya estamos bien encaminadas.
Then there are the three collages you can see above the Polaroids; in this case, Miranda decided to make them using photocards of her three favourite K-pop groups (Stray Kids, ENHYPEN and TWICE), and that’s the project I’m working on right now – and luckily, I haven’t spent a single penny on it, as I used some frames we had at home that held certificates from when my sisters and I were at school, and to be honest, the result is absolutely lovely and Miranda loved it.
At the moment, I’ve finished one (the Enhypen one) and the other frames are ready to be put together, and with those, the central part of the decoration for that wall would be almost complete, although obviously I’m not going to copy it exactly, but this is definitely something we wanted to do and we’re already well on our way.
En cuanto a la frase "K-pop vibes" que se encuentra encima de los cuadros es posible que la sustituyamos por otra, pero de momento no está decidido cuál será, y en cuanto a las demás cosas usaremos dos afiches de algunos de los grupos que le gustan a Miri, o quizá de Olivia Rodrigo (aún no se decide), pero esos sà los vamos a comprar en el C.C. Sambil ya que son tipo póster y van directamente en la pared, asà que es solo pegar.
Otro elemento que se encuentra en esa zona son dos exhibidores acrÃlicos que también los queremos hacer, y ya tengo en mente cómo ejecutar ese proyecto, falta que Miranda decida qué quiere colocar en ellos, y ya con todo esto tenemos la parte principal o focal de la habitación con todas las decoraciones listas, o mejor dicho en proceso.
As for the phrase "K-pop vibes" above the pictures, we might replace it with something else, but we haven’t decided what that will be yet. As for the other items, we’ll use two posters of some of the bands Miri likes, or perhaps of Olivia Rodrigo (we haven’t decided yet), but we’ll definitely be buying those at the C.C. Sambil, as they’re poster-style and go straight on the wall, so it’s just a case of sticking them up.
Another element in that area is two acrylic display stands that we also want to make, and I already have an idea of how to carry out that project; Miranda just needs to decide what she wants to put in them. With all this, we’ll have the main or focal part of the room with all the decorations ready—or rather, in progress.
Ya solo nos quedarÃan las mesas de noche, de hecho serÃa realmente una, porque semanas atrás hicimos todas las decoraciones que queremos para una de ellas, asà que por ese lado estamos adelantados, y ya esta semana trataré de comenzar a pintar esa pared o le pediré a mi esposo que lo haga (me gusta más esta opción 🤣), y por supuesto les iré contando los avances de la habitación de la peque de la casa.
All that’s left now are the bedside tables – actually, just one of them, really, because a few weeks ago we finished all the decorations we wanted for one of them, so we’re already ahead of schedule on that front. This week I’ll try to start painting that wall, or I’ll ask my husband to do it (I prefer that option 🤣), and of course I’ll keep you updated on the progress in our little one’s room.

La IA es una gran herramienta, lo mejor de todo es que en segundos puedes ver como quedá, muy linda la decoración. Estoy segura que les quedará perfecta.
He de decir que IA tiene buen gusto jajaja, siento que la inteligencia artificial deberÃamos usarla cómo herramienta y no explotarla de sobremanera, está es una forma de usarla para nuestra ventaja, me encantó este post, un saludo
Te cuento que no soy muy fan, pero reconozco su utilidad y en este caso poder visualizar como se verÃa la habitación, en especial el tono de la pared que de hecho probé con varios y eso me ayudo a escoger el color, y luego las ideas para decorar que sin duda estan geniales!
