Preparing delicious buñuelos of yucca with panela syrup [ESP-ENG]
Hello my dear friends. This time I wanted to bring you an excellent recipe that I made with my little daughter. To be honest I had not prepared it for a long time but when I started making it I remembered that my mom always made a dessert in the afternoons to spoil us. And now I prepared it with my little girl first to teach her and secondly so that she could take this surprise to my mother because she likes desserts very much.
|1 kilogramo de yuca||1 kilogram of cassava|
|1 huevo||1 eggs|
|1 taza pequeña de azúcar||1 small cup sugar|
|3 cucharadas de harina de trigo||3 tablespoons wheat flour|
|1 pizca de sal||1 Pinch of salt|
|Almíbar de panela||Panela syrup|
Mix the grated yucca, the 3 tablespoons of wheat flour, sugar to taste and the pinch of salt. Knead until it has a smooth texture.
Y listo para servir.
Bueno luego de degustar los buñuelos de yuca, colocamos algunos en un envase para llevarle a mi mamá y cuando mi hija se los entregó y reviso a ver qué era le dió mucha alegría, le dió un abrazo y dejó lo que estaba haciendo y sentó a comerselos.Esto me causó satisfacción poder compartir con mi madre y por supuesto con mi padre.

Well after tasting the yucca fritters, we placed some to take to my mom and when my daughter gave them to her and checked to see what it was she was very happy, gave her a hug and stopped what she was doing and sat down to eat them. This gave me the satisfaction of being able to share with my mother and of course with my father.
