It's Saturday, and since I had to work so much Monday thru Friday, I thought I'd spend a bunch of time tokenizing some of the artwork that I've finished over the last few weeks. I draw fast because I'm not making slick, commercial art, I'm trying to create quick, fun, weird, expressionistic, entertainment. I'm going for ELECTRIC SHOCKS---quick jolts of joy---not polished wall decorations or commodities for rich folks to tuck away into a storage vault and forget...

"Scanning...Void"
This originally started as liner pen on notebook page, but it was photographed, digitally colored in a free app, sent to the MOSH farm for reconditioning, then some glowy effects where added with that same free app over the processed image, and an animated gif was compiled from several individually modified copies of the image (each with different glowy bits) to make this animated piece...which is actually just a portrait of my alien-robot friend, Tony. He thinks I captured his ESSENCE quite well, so I'm happy about that!

P.S. - This piece is ALSO stuck in "pending" status (and has been since Sept. 1st, 2021. I had one piece that took four months to publish. My silly monsters aren't a high priority, I guess! Ha!)

"Haunted Spaces" by RFY (HF) & FEH

Here we have another classic collaboration between my two-year-old granddaughter and me. For this project, I grabbed a giant drawing pad and a box of old oil pastels and we both just went to town. After the toddler got tired of drawing, I photographed the piece we'd created and used a free app on my phone to add the digital drawing and digital colors. I'm quite happy with the finished work! (I highly recommend collaborating with a toddler if you're looking for a jolt of energy!!!)
