Why Are You Not Consistent In Action?

Some people do something and they are doing good. It seems they can do better in the future. But in the end, they are not doing good because they give up or they are not consistent in action. Why is that? In this video, I talked about why some people are not consistent in action.

You see people are doing something and it is cool to do that. Now if you do that because it's cool and people appreciate that, you may give up at some point unless you have specific goals. Having specific goals motivate you to take action consistently. You know why you are doing that and where you want to see yourself in the future. When you achieve small milestones, you should reward yourself. It will inspire you to keep working consistently. Another reward is waiting for you. You will get that when you achieve the next target. So it will remind you to be consistent in action.
