How Can You Be More Present In Your Life?

You are here. But you think something else. You are worried about tomorrow. Or, maybe you think about your past. So you are not at the present moment. You are completely lost in something else.

If you are not in present, you cannot focus on anything. Sense and feel what you have now. For example, you are eating, taste the food, see how it makes you feel. Smell and see what's going on. Listen to someone who is in front of you. When you are active, you are in present. Don't worry about your past. You cannot go back to change that. And stop worrying about the future. The future has not married yet. What you have is present. You have to work hard right now. Then you can see changes in your life.
