When you are about to do a difficult task, you just procrastinate. Think about what you will get when you complete the task. You are proud of that. When you imagine the result, that difficult task will not be difficult anymore. Set small goals. It seems easy to do that. And if you continuously achieve those small goals, you will achieve the big goals eventually. Take a break and you can make a schedule for that. When you get back after a break, you will feel fresh. Celebrate wins and have the discipline to work. You should set deadlines. That will also motivate you to get things done.
