It itches not to see Roger Federer not even make the top 20 seeds in a grand slam, even though the clay isn't his stronghold.
Djokovic would be all out to make a statement, especially after what happened at the Australian Open. I wouldn't take away the spotlight from the King of Clay himself, Nadal.
New faces might spring up, but I still expect the regular faces to go all the way. The time for the new Gen will definitely come.

Federer has not played for a long time and as far as I know, he is not participating at Roland-Garros, so there's no way to be seeded.
As about Nadal and Djokovic, we'll see.
