This is one of the best movie that have really caught my attention, few years ago, which I feel does not receive the rate it should have, back then when, I told my friend about this movie, "love don't cost a thing" most of them seem not to have watched it, i was surprised and I will do most of the talking and told them about the movie, which they all feel happy about the narration, most of them went back home and watch the movie and after watching the movie, they would reply to me, that truly, it was just as I have told them, I was happy too, that they love it, just as I did.

The movie started when Alvin, an intelligent young boy, who do everything on his own, because he was always left alone, he was a shy type, and was unable to express himself in gathering, whenever he wanted to, but he was so intelligent, than anyone could see imagine.

Alvin happened to meet Paris, a young girl in their school, who was a cheerleader, she was so famous in the school and around the neighborhood, Alvin make a deal with her, that she should pretend to be his girlfriend for few weeks, which she agree and they had an agreement.

They show begin in school, when Paris pretend to be Alvin's girlfriend, others students were now getting close to Alvin, he became famous and even famous than Paris, when others students get closer to him and discovered others of his abilities, they seems to love him more, Now, Paris became jealous, and decided to clear the air about the truth and how the whole Alvin publicity in school and in the neighborhood begun.

Everyone were all laughing at Alvin and they all left him, and he became alone and lonely just as he uses to be, but Alvin didn't allow himself to be beaten down the second time, he beat up his chest this time, that what Paris said is the truth, but he still got styles, he went ahead and clear the air in saying that "his momma may be a cleaner and his Dad may be a cab man but he has got plans to give them a better life.

He would rock the high tower somedays, he also said, "I blame no one for laughing at him but laughing at me is just like a motivation to me".

When the students listen to him being real and genuine this time, they all ran back and cheer him up, Paris now see how real and strong Alvin have become , she went ahead and gave him a Hugged and this time, they were dating and the love was for real.
