No - Surge had what I called a soft peg.
15% Yield based on a dollar per SURGE regardless of open market value.
Yield as we known it is no more for the time being.
Buybacks to the sum of previous yield payments was announced.
Nope. That was just misunderstanding of the liquidation price minimum in the case of a company liquidation!
Greater than 60% yield if one buys at that price.
