nata's kitchen #7 - CHICKEN SOUP

Hi Foodie.. my name is Renata, this time I want to share a little recipe with you. Hopefully it can be an inspiration for those who like to cook. this time I will give a little easy recipe about CHICKEN SOUP, this is one of the people's favorite foods in almost all countries, I'm sure of it, I hope you like it.

The raw materials we will use are:

• chicken
• leek
• celery leaves
• pepper
• clove
• cinnamon
• red onion
• carrot

what to do (1);
we wash the chicken, and we cut the onion - celery - carrot - potato, we grind the pepper

what to do (2);
we boil the water then put the chicken into the boiling water, after waiting 5 to 10 minutes then add the sliced potatoes and carrots

what to do (3);
After the chicken, carrots, and potatoes are cooked, we immediately add the scallions, celery, salt and flavorings, then transfer them to a bowl and add the fried onions according to taste
