Pumpkin soup? Done.
Pumpkin curry? Done.
Pumpkin pie? ALSO, Done.
Pumpkin with beef? Already ate it.

So what's t for now?

Umm...Let's make some pumpkin crisp this time.

The season of pumpkin has come and my kitchen is full of pumpkin recipes. It's okay if you are a pumpkin lover. This same taste and texture would not stay long so I need to enjoy more, right?

I was thinking the other day to try something new with pumpkin and this came to my mind, pumpkin crisp!

It's so easy, even fiber years old can make it.

Cut down the pumpkin into pieces.
Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, mixed spice powder. Or you can add only salt and pepper, whatever you want.

Add chickpea flour and some water to make a think butter so the pumpkin can stick with the butter.

Keep it aside for a few minutes. In the meantime heat your pan with vegetable oil.

Put it in the oil, fry for a few seconds. Pumpkin takes no time to cook so be cautious. Cook as per the thickness of the pieces.

Remove it from the pan and it's ready to serve.

We enjoyed it as a side dish with rice. But it can be a good snack too. Also, you can use any kind of vegetable this way. We use eggplant sometimes and it tastes good.

If you are a pumpkin lover, give it a try.
