Greetings again my dear friends I hope you are all very well, there are many and varied concepts that offers us the physical science, and very useful for our performance in different activities, many of these concepts are often very similar and, therefore, can be confused is here the valuable work of the field of education.

It is very true that temperature and heat are related, however, this does not mean that they are the same, we often use these terms to express how the environment around us is, for example, it is very hot today! Or we also say, the temperature is 40°C! to name a few examples where we usually relate heat and temperature.

Temperature refers to the speed with which the constituent atoms of a given substance, body or object move and, in relation to heat, we can say that it represents the amount of energy contained in that substance, object or body, heat changes the temperature, we have witnessed how heat makes it possible for some bodies to expand or change their physical state, for example, from solid to liquid, when melting a piece of iron, or when melting a piece of ice, among other examples.

Another important characteristic to take into account about heat is that it flows from a hotter body or object to a colder one, carrying out a heat transfer, in many occasions we are used to mix hot coffee with cold milk, in this case we notice with our palate that the heat of the coffee is distributed because the milk has less heat or is cold, and the same happens with the temperature of the coffee, since it tends to drop because the heat level has dropped.

Therefore, according to the above, the temperature represents a magnitude of measurement for the heat existing in a substance, object or body, the higher the heat or energy, the higher the temperature, in short, the temperature is the degree of heat of the substance, bodies or objects, the truth is that both the phenomenon of heat and the magnitude of the temperature are an essential part of our lives, and it is of great value to understand as best as possible these concepts.

Science and education are tools that were created to go both hand in hand, one interpreting nature and the other propagating the knowledge acquired by science among all of us, the massification of knowledge is largely the responsibility of the field of education and the interest that can be awakened among students and people in general, since at the end of the day any learning makes us move towards a better quality of life, as long as such knowledge is implemented for the welfare of humanity and is not used for the increase of certain individual power, that is why the enormous work of education in our lives as humanity.
