My participation in A Picture is Worth A Thousand Words
Our body, undoubtedly, becomes a steam engine which necessarily requires the consumption of our energy, and if we are not prepared to generate energy equivalent to that offered, then we will feel pressured to the point of collapse at the end of the day.
I am accustomed to observe around me with the purpose of looking for any type of action that allows me to know that this happens to any person, and it is here, where I can observe in the face of each one of them that this happens to all of us, however, I was impressed one day when a boy passed by me with a face full of anger who was so isolated from his surroundings that he did not even notice when a photograph was taken of his face.
Since that moment I carry with me that photograph reminding me every moment that in moments of anger we must know how to drain it at any time of the day, that is why personally when I feel extremely pressured I go for a walk without any company in order to relieve that pressure like that boy that day.
The power to drain our pressure from time to time by letting out a cry of anger helps us too much to relieve our burden that weighs us down and keeps us company, but we must know how to let it go because it is not pleasant company, that is why I show you the photograph I took of the boy who passed in front of me that day.
