It is good to keep in mind that it is our duty to take care of ourselves
This way of communication lasts throughout our stay at your side and after we become adults and independent we have to be more responsible with our health in every way, sometimes we worry about everyone around us except ourselves and that is a serious mistake that we are used to make and the worst thing is that we are becoming a habit of such behavior.
Our parents as well as any other loved one or friend can worry about our health, but, without a doubt, it is our responsibility or job to take care of ourselves, since we are the only ones who feel and suffer from certain anomalies or pathologies and no one will feel them for us, no matter how much someone may appreciate us. In general, we give advice to anyone who has to periodically check their health, but we do not do it.
We have to understand that when we are healthy our body is fit to enjoy life in the company of our loved ones, otherwise everything can change and our quality of life can deteriorate and we have to be aware that this can lead us to a state of depression, which is not a pleasant process due to the deterioration of any of our normal functioning.
Our happiness depends on many factors and undoubtedly our health is one of them and perhaps the most important, if we want to share many years of life next to people we love or appreciate such as our children, parents, spouse and friends, our job and duty is to take care of our health ourselves, because no one else will do it for us, no matter how much we want to do it.
Therefore, my dear friends, always keep these words in mind so that you can share long moments of life with your loved ones, even though life takes so many turns and we do not know when we will physically leave, but, at least in general terms, may it not be because we are careless of ourselves.
