Greetings again my dear friends of this prestigious platform, from the very moment that our student consciousness develops through the years we acquire greater commitment to our student responsibilities, this clearly makes us go after the different methods or study techniques to improve our performance in terms of time allocated to develop the various school or academic activities.

I remember those first years in my school or elementary school stage where my mother was my support in the development of my activities, even though she only knew how to read and write, she tried as much as possible to help me at home, but this was only for a certain period of time because as the years went by I was advancing and her knowledge was lagging behind, this was awakening in me the interest of structuring my own study techniques with which I had to complete the learning provided by my teachers.

When we are interested in our studies we seek to increase our productivity in our hours dedicated to study, in my case I have liked since my beginnings mathematics, physics and chemistry, these subjects I was passionate about when I had to study them and I did it on my own, I remember that my technique was to solve all the exercises done in class, but now on my own and if I did not get the same result I went back to the beginning step by step to understand where I had made mistakes.

Maybe it was a mechanical-comprehensive technique for that time, but that combination allowed me to have an excellent performance throughout my student career, of course, accompanied by my constant interest in learning without forgetting the constancy and dedication, when I had to study theory subjects which as in all cases was new material for me, in the first change I made a total reading of the subject so that my mind assimilated the learning process that was in front of me.

One of the things that worked for me at that time was to divide these theoretical contents, this allowed me to assimilate by block the desired learning, and distribute my time, my mind did not think the whole material but assimilated that I was going to have time lapses for rest between block and block, personally I mediate the tolerance time of my mind and I did this when at first I read all the material, when I felt that my mind asked me for a break there I made the cut or a block to assimilate.

Then between cuts if I was at home I went out to distract my mind with my siblings and naturally the responsibility to finish learning all the material made me return to the study process which had paused to rest my mind, one of my favorite places to study was my room because there I had control of all my actions and everything that happened around me, which only dedicated me to continue assimilating the remaining material, without any distraction only until the moment I felt that again my mind was almost saturated and asked for a break.

One of the things that I tried to do was to take good notes in class, where I wrote down some important tips to later reinforce them with some books in the library, another action that I used to do was to study in a group with some of my classmates especially when the subjects were numbers, I did this very often in my college years, and without a doubt I loved it since I did this with my classmates so much that we cleared all the doubts together, of course the key was also to be able to put together a good study group that we were all in tune, and committed to not going to waste time, but on the contrary to make the most of it.

It is important to share any kind of techniques with students because we know that not all learn the same way, however, can be helpful when each of them can structure their own study techniques tailored to their learning requirements, and then, This is the exciting thing about education, which is always in a permanent development of its techniques of propagation of the information required in certain space-time of our history.

Until another opportunity my dear friends.

In regard to notes, a technique that I learned was to take my notes and rewrite them on index cards. Then jumble the cards. I then reread the cards and put them in the proper order. And, I add any facts that I recall but did not have on the original note onto the back of the card.

Me I really endorse the group study, it really helps a lot. What a person can cover in 6 hours, studying in a group, you can cover it in 1 hour. Thanks for sharing this.
