Does the education of the future need to understand the importance of student creativity and initiative?

Greetings again my dear friends, I hope you are all well, how many things need to be transformed in the education given to our students to keep up with the scientific-technological advances of this new era, of course, any transformation requires time and that is the great or enormous challenge in the field of education today, I believe that much progress has been made in the direction indicated in the question posed in the title of this article.

We know that the old scheme or old school still remains rooted in much of the current educational systems, but there is no doubt that there is awareness of the path to be taken in these times, our young people alone already force us to this transformation adapted to the new demands of this modern society, where if education is not leveled to these demands, then it would be left behind, or at least a part of it.

Globally we could say that the planetary education system is no longer so homogeneous, and I think it is due to the speed with which events occur around humanity, which is why we need as educators or members of the field of education, prioritize the importance of creativity and initiative of our students, that is, where students are no longer a passive being, which were only dedicated to receive information and repeat it, without involving their intrinsic and necessary creativity.

I am sure that many members of the field of education are clear about the great role they must play in generating the interest of students, allowing them to develop each of their capabilities, that is, in short, allow students to become an active being interested in their learning in every way, this will be done with their direct experiences to their surrounding reality, thus can stimulate their thoughts that will provide solutions to problems that they are presented daily.

When the creativity of the students acts, they activate their initiative by the interest to ask and not to remain with some doubt since they will continue in the search of the respective answer, it is an active teaching where the educator will only act to correct certain own and natural errors in all learning process, but, where the opinion of the student is important and valued, and from this point of view they can start the resolution of some determined approach, the modernism takes us to exploit the enormous potential of the students.

Knowing of course, that there is no single way to learn, and each of them (students) learn according to their expectation and interest as we did and do, and where, in relation to this will put little, medium or much of its potential in solving any problem, at this point in history is known that there are several styles to learn, such as visual, auditory, intrapersonal, interpersonal, linguistic, logical-mathematical, among others.

Therefore, it is necessary nowadays to look for the student to be a creator of his learning, an entrepreneur, an individual with his own initiative according to his reality, in short to possess critical thinking, with this he will be able to lead any type of process during his development as a person in all the areas that he has to live, to understand the importance of teamwork which adds effort in the same direction, among many other aspects that can be achieved thanks to the development of his creativity and own initiative.
