Greetings again my dear friends of this prestigious platform, one of the hardest stages for any person on this planet are those moments where sadness invades him, and I am completely sure that it happens to all of us often because sadness belongs to the great family of our emotions, and we know that all our time is distributed in moments of joy, tranquility, and of course, those moments that make us feel sad, disappointed, which leads us to lose interest in carrying out any of our activities.

I think that our advantage with sadness is that we can identify it quickly, however, beyond that it is necessary that we can control it so that it does not lead us to a certain corner without exit which leads to depression, and this, to an absolute and very dangerous loneliness, that is why when we learn to overcome our sadness we try to help anyone around us when we feel that they have an attitude of melancholy that leads them to be isolated.

Usually when I am invaded by some sad emotion the first thing I do is to accept reality and face the fact that has led us to be sad, another of the actions that I use and advise in these moments is that we must establish communication with those people who often listen to us and know how to support us because silence does not lead us to anything, only to accumulate feelings of pain, reproach, anger, among many other feelings that if we do not remove it will suffocate us little by little.

Another recommended action to follow is not to try to solve everything quickly since the best thing we can do is to take the necessary time to channel this emotion and internalize it and make the best decisions in this regard and this will give us confidence, and with it, security, which I think is essential in those moments of sadness.

Another aspect that we must take care of is our sleep, that is, sleep enough and eat as healthy as possible, and also activate us with new activities that help us to be in contact with other people and we are not distracted, therefore feel useful can help us to overcome as soon as possible of any emotion of sadness, we must always think that emotions come and go and we must take the best of them to learn and continue our life as happily as possible, fearing control of every moment of sadness that comes to us.

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe?
