So as you all know, I will start to post when I have some progress here. As I am pretty clueless, there normally ain't a lot of progress so there won't be much report. But when they do, wow!
Now today, I woke up to 2 pieces of good news. Not sure why or how, but I will take it!
Somehow for some reason, my income went up! From 5 SIM to 9 SIM, that is a lot man! An 80% increase! I do hope this will be consistent and happen all the time!
Secondly, once again one of my students turn to be in debt! Lemme try to pay off his debt and see what happens! The last time this happened, I got a policeman. Wonder what will happen this time round!
This time, I got myself a Soldier!
I am really trying to build popularity so that there would be more people citizens, so not sure if this is a good thing or not. Also, any idea what is war shares? Am I suppose to receive something more from now on?

A soldier is awesome. It gives you 0.1 share in the war tax.
Just like the military base, the military industrial complex and I think also the drone factory.
Whenever the war tax is activated by the current President, this soldier should probably give you about 5 sim by himself.
