MI FIN DE SEMANA | MY WEEKEND

Hola hivers Desde aquí les mando un fuerte abrazo, deseándoles un excelente comienzo de semana!

Para aquellas personas que trabajan en oficinas o que han trabajado alguna vez en una, saben que no es muy fácil y que siempre ocurren cosas desagradables como escuchar rumores de pasillo, estar propenso a que no le agrades a todo el mundo ya sea por tu personalidad o por tu manera de trabajar, entre otras cosas que puedes vivir día a día solo con sentarse frente a una computadora y ver en reloj correr.

En la parte laboral suelo adaptarme a cualquier situación y trato de no escuchar comentarios negativos de las demás personas, aunque a veces sea muy difícil. mi personalidad dentro del trabajo es bastante tranquila y cumplo con las ordenes y asignaciones que mi superior o jefe inmediato quiere que haga, aunque soy bastante extrovertida trato de no mantener conversaciones largas con mis compañeros de trabajo, aunque de vez en cuando sale a relucir mi personalidad haciéndolos reír a todos.

Luego de venir de trabajos nocturnos en bares y restaurantes donde puedes ser informal en la parte de relacionarse más con los trabajadores y hasta con los clientes, es decir un ambiente un poco más relajado y divertido a tener que estar en una oficina todo el día es un gran cambio pero creo que esos cambios los vive cada persona a su modo mientras va creciendo, ya no son muchas las fiestas o las noches de bares y aparecen las fiestas de los hijos de tus amigos y compañeros de trabajo a los que debes asistir no solo porque trabajan contigo, sino porque también es unas manera diferente de pasar el rato.

Este fin de semana fue mi primera invitación a una fiesta infantil por parte de una compañera de trabajo, yo estaba realmente agradecida por su invitación ya que esto no me suele pasar mucho después de que mis amigos más cercanos dejaron el país, realmente hay pocos momentos en los que salgo de casa.

Realmente estaba impresionada ya que el puesto en donde estoy es donde se maneja el personal para que no exista desorden entre trabajadores, lo que ahora llamamos “talento humano” así que están aquí no tienes muchos amigos, aunque trato de ser amigable y a veces me salgo un poco del protocolo serio que demanda este puesto.

El momento de socializar fuera del trabajo había llegado, logramos compartir, reír y pasarla bien, hicimos el famoso juego de la silla, compartimos con los niños también ganamos premios y nos tomamos muchas fotografías para recordar ese momento y lo mejor de todo es que tenemos historias graciosas para contar en los pocos momentos libres que tenemos en el trabajo.

Todos estaban un poco asombrados ya que en el trabajo soy muy diferente a lo que vieron ese día pero se llevaron una buena impresión de mí que es lo más importante.

Para algunos era un poco raro que alguien de talento humano estuviese compartiendo con los demás, pero poco a poco se iban acostumbrando y ahora nos reímos en los pasillos.
Este fue mi fin de semana al que le llamé “fin de semana exitoso”. Y nada mejor que llegar a casa a descansar después de pasarla bien con personas que se pueden convertir en seres especiales.

For those people who work in offices or who have ever worked in one, they know that it is not very easy and that unpleasant things always happen, such as hearing rumors in the hallway, being prone to not being liked by everyone, either because of your personality or because of the way you work, among other things that you can live from day to day just by sitting in front of a computer and watching the clock run.

In the workplace I usually adapt to any situation and I try not to listen to negative comments from other people, although sometimes it is very difficult my personality at work is quite calm and I comply with the orders and assignments that my superior or immediate boss wants me to do, although I am quite extroverted, I try not to have long conversations with my co-workers, although from time to time my personality comes out making them all laugh.

After coming from night jobs in bars and restaurants where you can be informal in the part of interacting more with the workers and even with the clients, that is, a slightly more relaxed and fun environment than having to be in an office all day is a great change but I think that these changes are experienced by each person in their own way as they grow up, there are no longer many parties or nights in bars and the parties of the children of your friends and co-workers appear that you should not attend just because they work with you, but also because it's a different way to hang out.

This weekend was my first invitation to a children's party by a co-worker, I was really grateful for her invitation as this doesn't usually happen to me much after my closest friends left the country, there really are few moments when I leave home.

I was really impressed since the position where I am is where the personnel is managed so that there is no disorder between workers, what we now call "human talent" so they are here you do not have many friends, although I try to be friendly and sometimes I get out a little of the serious protocol that this position demands.

The moment to socialize outside of work had arrived, we were able to share, laugh and have a good time, we played the famous chair game, we shared with the children, we also won prizes and we took many photographs to remember that moment and the best of all is that we have funny stories to tell in the few free moments we have at work.

Everyone was a little amazed since at work I am very different from what they saw that day, but they got a good impression of me, which is the most important thing. For some it was a bit strange that someone of human talent was sharing with others, but little by little they were getting used to it and now we laugh in the corridors.

This was my weekend which I called "successful weekend". And nothing better than getting home to rest after having a good time with people who can become special beings.
