El ser humano necesita de oxigeno para intercambiar por el monóxido de carbono y así poder hacer los procesos necesarios para vivir. Cuando no respiramos oxigeno,, sino cualquier otra sustancia, este proceso de intercambio de oxigeno por el monóxido de carbono se frena. Así que exponerse continuamente a la presencia de gases distintos al oxigeno no es nada bueno.
Cuando fumamos, no solo ingresamos a nuestro organismo una sustancia distinta al oxigeno, sino que esta sustancia viene acompañada de una serie de elementos nocivos, que no solo van a nuestros pulmones, sino a todo nuestro torrente sanguíneo.
Así que si fumas o piensas fumar, piénsalo y cuídate.
