Paseo por el parque con los niños [Esp-Ing]

Feliz domingo, amigos. Ayer quisimos salir de la rutina y nos fuimos de paseo a un parque cercano de la casa, en esta ocasión, me acompañaban mi esposo y sus hijos (Sara y Jesús), los niños estaban deseosos por caminar y montarse en los diferentes juegos, decidimos complacerlos y pasar una mañana diferente. Compartir con otros infantes es fundamental para fortalecer las relaciones sociales, así aprenderán a cooperar y a respetarse.

A mí me encanta la naturaleza y considero que los niños deben tener este contacto para que exploren su mundo y continúen desarrollando sus habilidades motrices. Actividades de este tipo son muy importantes, puesto que en esta época el televisor, el teléfono y las tablets han ido ganando más espacio en los hogares, sobre todo, después de atravesar por una pandemia.

Los niños estaban emocionados, sus ojos se iluminaron al ver tanta vegetación, era la primera vez que visitaban el lugar. También tenían mucha curiosidad referente a los animales que podrían encontrar allí, de hecho logramos observar una iguana de gran tamaño y una ardilla, ninguna de las dos posó para la foto, creo que tenían diligencias pendientes porque su transitar era veloz (jaja).

I love nature and I believe that children should have this contact so they can explore their world and continue to develop their motor skills. Activities like this are very important, since in this day and age the TV, phone and tablets have been gaining more and more space in homes, especially after going through a pandemic.

The children were excited, their eyes lit up when they saw so much vegetation, it was their first time visiting the place. They were also very curious about the animals they could find there, in fact we managed to observe a large iguana and a squirrel, neither of them posed for a picture, I think they had errands to run because their transit was fast (haha).

Luego, nos dirigimos a los sitios donde estaban los juegos infantiles, el tobogán y el columpio fueron los preferidos. Posteriormente, dedicamos un tiempo a escalar, Sara fue la primera en atreverse a subir por un pequeño peñasco, por supuesto, con la debida supervisión de nosotros. Me sorprendía la maestría de sus movimientos, pues se notaba su conciencia corporal, tenía destrezas que supo aprovechar muy bien. Su audacia le dio paso a Jesús para intentarlo y, aunque necesitó ayuda, logró su cometido. Me siento orgullosa de que sea capaz de atreverse a pesar de sus limitaciones.

We let the children run around the park, they felt free and their smiles were signs of fun. Then, we headed to the playgrounds, the slide and the swing were the favorite. The cool morning breeze made the atmosphere conducive to a pleasant time. We also enjoyed a musical moment with the children's symphony orchestra that was practicing in the acoustic shell for a presentation.

Afterwards, we spent some time climbing, Sara was the first to dare to climb a small crag, of course, with the proper supervision of us. I was surprised by the mastery of her movements, as her body awareness was evident, she had skills that she was able to take advantage of very well. His audacity gave Jesus a chance to try and, although he needed help, he succeeded. I am proud that she is capable of daring despite her limitations.

Lo maravilloso de esta experiencia fue continuar fortaleciendo los lazos de hermandad y amistad. Sara y Jesús se llevan muy bien, les encanta jugar juntos y, además, poseen la disposición de agregar a otros niños a su círculo social. Su papá le iba dando vueltas a la ruleta, mientras otros pequeños se sentaban para experimentar la misma sensación de euforia que provoca girar, quizás mi esposo quedó cansado (jaja) pero complacido de provocar sonrisas, dulces sonidos de la infancia. Yo no tengo la fuerza de sus superbrazos para arriesgarme a esa aventura (jaja), así que esa acción se la dejo a él.

The wonderful thing about this experience was continuing to strengthen the bonds of sisterhood and friendship. Sara and Jesus get along very well, love to play together and are willing to add other children to their social circle. Recorriendo las otras instalaciones del parque, nos dimos cuenta de que también había aparatos para hacer ejercicios, allí nos entretuvimos por un lapso prolongado, pues a mi marido le encanta ejercitarse, creo que cuando repartieron los dones, me ausenté cuando daban ese(jaja). Jesús estaba muy concentrado intentando imitar a su padre y a su hermana, me satisfizo lo bien que ejecutaba las indicaciones.
