Mi Mandala navideña / My Christmas Mandala

Buenos días querida comunidad. Ya falta poco para despedir este 2021 y quise expresarme a través del dibujo. La mandala me pareció una excelente estrategia para comunicar mis emociones ya que estas fechas decembrinas están cargadas de muchos sentimientos. Ésta es la segunda que hago para ser publicada en esta comunidad, fue un proceso relajante en el cual dejé volar mi creatividad e imaginación.
Good morning dear community. There is little left to say goodbye to 2021 and I wanted to express myself through drawing. The mandala seemed to me an excellent strategy to communicate my emotions since these December dates are loaded with many feelings. This is the second that I do to be published in this community, it was a relaxing process in which I let my creativity and imagination fly.

En la figura central de este diagrama simbólico pueden apreciar dos campañas, para mí su repicar navideño es motivo de celebración y alegría, anuncian el despliegue de mis proyectos para este 2022, el tiempo de gozo que está por venir. Sin duda, uno de los mayores júbilos del tercer mes del próximo año (fecha tentativa) es el nacimiento de mi bebé. Desde su concepción, Humberto Iván ha dejado una huella imborrable, ha transformado mi perspectiva del mundo, lo cual se acentuará porque aprenderé a ser madre a su lado.

Alrededor de las campanas realicé un círculo, el cual representa la unidad y la armonía en mi vida. Es importante deshacerse de cualquier carga pesada para lograr tal sensación de plenitud, por ello me rodeo de personas optimistas que aporten bienestar. Este ejercicio artístico me ayudó a recargarme de energías positivas para afrontar cada situación que pueda presentarse en los días venideros y darle apertura al nuevo contexto con la mejor actitud.

In the central figure of this symbolic diagram you can see two campaigns, for me their Christmas ringing is a reason for celebration and joy, they announce the deployment of my projects for this 2022, the time of joy that is to come. Without a doubt, one of the greatest joys of the third month of next year (tentative date) is the birth of my baby. Since his conception, Humberto Iván has left an indelible mark, he has transformed my perspective of the world, which will be accentuated because I will learn to be a mother by his side.

Around the bells I made a circle, which represents unity and harmony in my life. It is important to get rid of any heavy load to achieve such a feeling of fullness, which is why I surround myself with optimistic people who bring well-being. This artistic exercise helped me to recharge myself with positive energies to face every situation that may arise in the days to come and to open up the new context with the best attitude.

Como se puede observar, usé hojas de color verde oscuro para hacer un contraste agradable a la vista, éstas son características de la flor de Navidad, la cual es conocida también como Flor de Pascua, Estrella de Navidad o Flor de Nochebuena, su belleza cautivadora la hizo parte de mi diseño. Considero que debemos valorar cada obra magnifica de la naturaleza, deleitarnos con su olor, textura y color.

Igualmente, añadí copos de nieve porque representan el conocimiento, la serenidad y la individualidad. Además porque sus siluetas son hermosas. Me proyecto desde la calma e irradio mi luminiscencia al universo, me lleno de buena vibra para compartirla con los demás. También simbolizan el anhelo y el deseo de una Navidad con estos diminutos cristales de hielo, me parece interesante esta curiosa cristalización del agua y poder detallarla de cerca me resultaría fascinante.

As you can see, I used dark green leaves to make a pleasant contrast to the eye, these are characteristics of the Christmas flower, which is also known as Poinsettia, Christmas Star or Poinsettia, its captivating beauty made it part of my design. I believe that we must value each magnificent work of nature, delight ourselves with its smell, texture and color.

Also, I added snowflakes because they represent knowledge, serenity, and individuality. Also because their silhouettes are beautiful. I project myself from the calm and I radiate my luminescence to the universe, I fill myself with good vibes to share it with others. They also symbolize the longing and desire for a Christmas with these tiny ice crystals, I find this curious crystallization of water interesting and being able to detail it up close would be fascinating.

Los colores que utilicé representan la Navidad. El rojo encarna el amor y la generosidad por la familia y los amigos. Siempre debemos obrar de la mejor manera, una buena acción desencadena otras. Asimismo, el verde nos llena de esperanza, alude a la naturaleza y a la vida, por ello disfrutar cada momento es muy importante, debemos dejar que los pequeños detalles nos roben una sonrisa. Por último, el amarillo lo asocio con la prosperidad, de este modo recibir con los brazos abiertos todo lo bueno que tiene el universo para mí y para mi familia.
The colors I used represent Christmas. Red embodies love and generosity for family and friends. We must always act in the best way, a good action triggers others. Likewise, green fills us with hope, alludes to nature and life, so enjoying every moment is very important, we must let the little details steal a smile from us. Finally, I associate yellow with prosperity, in this way to receive with open arms all the good that the universe has for me and my family.

En definitiva, pintar mandalas resulta muy beneficioso para nuestra salud, es un excelente ejercicio de estimulación cognitiva, reduce el estrés, nos ayuda a enfocarnos y aumentar nuestra concentración y, por supuesto, nos genera bienestar pues nos conecta con la espiritualidad y lo trascendente.
In short, painting mandalas is very beneficial for our health, it is an excellent exercise for cognitive stimulation, it reduces stress, it helps us focus and increase our concentration and, of course, it generates well-being because it connects us with spirituality and the transcendent.
