Good morning friends of Hive, it's your friend Ramaco who this time brings you a special publication in which I was captured by my wife's camera in those moments when I dedicated myself to work for myself. home, for our beloved pets, fixing an impeller to purify the water in the tank where my fish live.

The character you will see in the photographs is me working on the repair of the impeller of a pool water pump that I put in the tank where I raise my fish to save and purify the water that was turning black and create a healthy environment for its survival.

As ​​the work I did was hard but effective I titled this post:

Hands that work for the welfare of my fish. .

Look closely at the images, friends, because it was actually quite a hard job since the impel broke and I had to glue it, file it inside to prevent it from leaning back, assemble it, cover it to protect it and prevent it from splitting again.

Well friends, the intention of fixing this pump is to filter the water where my fish are as well as possible, so I invented a container with small holes filled with a piece of wadding to help the filter to comply with the purification of the water, remaining as you will see in the larger images of the following slides.

To complete a good job that benefits and satisfies my demands, I incorporated a hose to achieve not only the effect of filtering the water but also to oxygenate the water in the tank so that my fish are more comfortable with the environment in which they live.

This is how I fixed the installation of the hose on the filter.

Here you can see the exit of the falling water.

The photographs that you will see below show the results of the water purification with the filter that I fixed, observe well in the upper left image how cloudy the water was and three days later in the lower right image is the result of how the water has been cleaned.

You can now observe one of my small fish that I took as a sample with the crystal clear water of the same tank that shows that the ph changed for the benefit of my fish.

Now my fish are happy.
