Why Earth Is Alone?

Imagine looking at the clear sky in the middle of the night— millions of stars dazzling like a sandy beach with countless particles. Looking at the stars did we ever think there might be some others up there— wondering like us “Are we alone in this universe?”

I’m not debating there is life somewhere in this universe besides earth, nor that I’m claiming there isn’t any— but, as in reality, we are still alone. Sometimes we are led to believe that one day we will be able to live on other planets of this universe, yet, that is not too close.

So, the chances are, we will be living on this planet for so many unknown years, keeping the Earth all alone.

Poor Earth!

Anyway, what does science say about it?

By science, let’s assume only Nasa exists. (Never mind)

Out of trillions, we are one of a kind— a planet that supersedes all by its charm, mystery, and sophistication. Yeah, we should be proud of it! Also, we are among the smallest ones.

So, time to cheer up one more time!!

But it was not the same all the way around; we have been evolving ever since our formation— from the creation of this universe. That’s pretty much sum up how lucky we are to survive and thrive where many have gone nuts (I mean vanished).

Even though Earth has gone through many ups and downs, suffered many changes, still, it’s the only habitable planet discovered in this Milky way, in this galaxy.

Scientists say the Earth we see now is the demoted version of what it was back in the beginning. I don’t know what they mean by that, but, I wonder what the “Superior” state would entail if now, the demoted Earth is no less than super-cool to me. I guess it’s better not to dive deep, otherwise, dissatisfaction will engulf me with “why so unlucky” shit. I believe some of you will consider the same, but, here it is….. nothing to complain about.

But the search for a new habitable planet is on. Hopefully, the scientists will find a new plant identical to Earth where our riches can live their life. Yes, new planets will be for the riches only, I mean, it’s obvious. Why on earth people with little to no wealth will be granted life on another planet— except for the testing purpose, right?

And this will be a great relief to both parties— the rich and the Earth itself.

While the rich people will enjoy their life somewhere else, building industrial areas, polluting the environment in full swing in the name of “Upgraded” life— here, on Earth, our generations will enjoy their life, less polluted and with reduced social distinction— perhaps, cannot guarantee though.

But we are limited to thinking about our life on other planets— experts cannot say what it would be like if we ever find a new habitable one.

For example, so far we are only looking for the essential elements human life needs to survive— water, air etc. And whenever we are finding them, we are moving to our next criteria— that water is drinkable, can we breathe the air without any risk? The list goes on. And our senses only drive us to follow one example— “EARTH”— a perfect planet gifted by the Almighty.

Let’s see if we can find another planet, and if it’s ever possible in the near future— I’ll see you on the other side.

Just Kidding, I doubt I will be alive until then.

Again, I’m not that rich but you know, Metaverse is here— some developers will create a game mimicking the new habitable planet and I will be among the first ones to install it on my device.

😉😉
