Harry Potter and The Cute Minions

avatar

Hello friends!
Are any of you a fan of Harry Potter?
I remember the first time I read the book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone when I was in 6th grade. I was 13 years old and was lent it by a friend to read.
Five years later, when I was in 11th grade, I could read the next part. It took me more than a month to read all the parts of the series. I still remember that a week after reading the series, I still felt like I was immersed in a magical world. So magical.
It was truly one of the best stories I've ever read.

After I graduated from high school, I went to Japan to study. Coincidentally, during my outing at Universal Studios Japan (USJ), I experienced the world of Harry Potter here. I was really surprised because when I was walking around, I found out that it was built here. As you can see in the photo above, it's Hogwarts castle. Where witches live and learn magic.

Let's take a look around and see what's around.
I came here a long time ago, so maybe a lot has changed now.

If you've seen the series, you'll probably recognize the ship in the image above.
Yes, that's the Jacobite train. During the summer holidays, this train will carry students of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to the school to study. The main character Harry Potter boarded this ship and got to know his close friends and embarked on an exciting adventure. Here they simulated and made the real ship but I don't think it will be able to take you to Hogwarts.

This is Hogsmeade where witches live. When you come here you will really feel like in the wizarding world. They do really detail. From the fake snow on the roof to the bricks.

IMG_1670.JPG

Remember the Ollivander store? This is a place that sells magic wands for witches. You can come here to see the magic wands and buy one as a souvenir. There are many wands here to choose from.

IMG_1671.JPG

You can also visit other shops to see magical items. Who knows, you might find a secret recipe that will help you make miracle cures. There's a lot of interesting stuff here. I remember seeing an oracle and a cut-off dry hand that looked pretty gruesome.

IMG_1669.JPG

They even sell witch uniforms. I bet you will stand out wearing a witch costume when you go out there. I found the kids quite fond of the witch's clothes and wands.

IMG_1665.JPG

Although it was late, this area was still crowded with tourists. I'm not too surprised by this given the huge fan base of Harry Potter. It would be difficult to find places like this and experience the magical world.

IMG_1666.JPG

Occasionally you will see a few witches and wizards walking past you. They will wave their wands and chant spells. After that, there will be some interesting effects such as smoke coming out, there is a crash sound, light shining, or water in the barrel splashing. I guess it was the amusement park employees who pretended to be more interesting in the place. I'm really happy and grateful to them for that.

IMG_1663.JPG

Of course, if you've come here, you definitely have to visit the inside of the castle, right? You will be going through the stairs inside the castle, there will be animations and talk to you but in the movie. You will see the statues and hear the "sorting hat" talk. Finally, you'll put on your glasses and climb aboard a roller coaster-like device. You will experience the feeling of flying around the castle. There will be a dragon chasing you, you will see the Azkaban dementors like death gods. Everything was great. I think you should come here and experience it once.

After leaving the magical world of Harry Potter, we moved to Minion park. Minions became famous after the movie "Despicable Me". It's amazing that they were able to build this area so quickly.

IMG_1675.JPG

Do you like minions? They look so cute, don't they?
Minions are always looking for the strongest people to serve.

IMG_1676.JPG

There are quite a few children here. Do you recognize the house in the picture above?
This is the house of the super thief Gru.
Around here are mainly souvenir shops and stuffed animals.

IMG_1674.JPG

There are eateries as well, but unfortunately I haven't had them yet so I don't have much to tell you.

IMG_1673 2.JPG

There are really a lot of people. We waited in line for more than 2 hours to experience the game here. It is also very interesting to get on the plane and experience the journey with the Minions. One piece of advice from me is that you should not eat too much before participating in this game.
Then I also had a cute picture with the Minions.

So I had an interesting trip in two worlds of 2 popular series. Even if you haven't seen this movie yet, I think you should give it a try. And of course, if you haven't seen and are curious about these characters, then go online to search and watch these movies. They are very good and highly appreciated.

Thank you for reading my post.
I hope that you like it.

Goodbye and see you in the next post. 😍
