Replay of day 3 mass indoctrination
Lesson learnt in today's Mass indoctrination with brother Eli.
They're many false prophets among us who teaches what is not in the bible, Ecclesiastes 7:27, we should compare one thing to another to find out which is truth, the bible should be our standard and not let false preachers of the word deceive us with their wrong teachings, 1 Thessalonians 5:21, teaches us to hold fast that which is good and abstain from all that are evil.
the right way of praying
Mathew 6:78, I learnt that when we pray we should not use repetition, for our father knows what things we are in need of before we ask him.
Isaiah 65:24, says that before we call, God will answer and while we are still speaking God will hear us, so it is prohibited for us to pray using repetition.
Ecclesiastes 5:1,2, I learnt that when praying let our words be few, and precise on what we are asking for.
Mathew 6:5,6, I learnt that when we pray, we should not be like the hypocrites who like to pray standing so that men can see them, but when we pray, we should pray in secret and our father who is in heaven will answer us in secret.in mark 12:25, it is not a sin to pray while standing but when we stand and pray we should not be like the hypocrites. John 9:31, I learnt that God will not hear the prayer of a sinner but those who worships him and do his will, for the sacrifices of the wicked is an abomination to the lord.
Act 20:36, I learnt that when we pray we should kneel down, the right posture of kneeling is to kneel horizontally and our face toward the ground. Mathew 26:39, when Christ prayed in the garden of Gethsemane, he fell on his face and prayed to God, so when we are in the comfort of our home we are to kneel and face toward the ground while praying.
1 Corinthians 11:4,5, I learnt that when a woman is praying she should have a covering on her hair, and when a man prays he should not have a covering on his hair, In some places men do cover their hair but the bible has taught us that any man who prays and cover his hair dishonours his hair and any woman who pray without a covering on her hair dishonours her hair.
1 Corinthians 11:3, I learnt that the head of very man is Christ and the head of every woman is the man, and the head of Christ is God.
1 Corinthians 11:7:8,10, I learnt that when a woman covers her hair it shows that she have respect for the husband, it also shows that she is under the authority of the man.
