Hello Hivers!

I hope everyone is having a great day.

Yesterday was a Sunday, and I managed to start my day early to catch the morning mass at 6 am.

Basilica Minore del Sto. Nio de Cebu is one of Cebu's prides. This church was founded in 1565 and is said to be the oldest Roman Catholic church in the country. A lot of people from anywhere in the country or even tourists visit this church when they are in Cebu.

More information about the history of this church can be found at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basilica_del_Santo_Ni%C3%B1o.

I always pay a visit to this church when I have time to pray and be thankful for all the blessings I have received.

After the mass, I stopped to get some fresh flowers. This is always my routine when I visit this church to always get some flowers with me.

For me, getting up early and being able to visit the church to start my day felt so great.
