~ 😘 Hello Pinmapple Community around the world 😘 ~

Welcome back to my post, @queen-silvia. Today I am gonna invite you to have a tour in one of the most beautiful forest in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. The forest has big role to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide and provide more oxygen for the city. This forest area is 2.6 hectares. As we can see in the picture above, "Hutan" is Indonesian language which means "Forest" and "Kota" means "City". Kediri is the second largest city in East Java after Malang, below is the location in Global Map so you can get the idea where is this forest located :

Alright guys so let's have a tour with me, I have taken some pictures which I think the best describing the beauty of the forest πŸ˜‰

Here is the forest Dome and we can see two sinks for washing hands. When The Covid pandemic was still happening, all the visitors have to wash their hands before going into the forest area or leaving the forest area. We have strict regulations at that time but as we are free from Covid (as it's stated by WHO), then the sinks is just a forest facility. people may use it or not. I would prefer to use it though.

And here is what we can see inside the Dome. Well, I just took the top side of the Dome to get us the description of how it's look like inside the Dome.

This forest is the right place for people to spend their lunch time to talk with their friends or jogging after work hours. The air in this forest is very fresh and healthy. The shady trees make us comfortable to be here. The forest officers also clean this forest everyday to keep it clean. The forest is also used by some students to make video recording just like in the second picture below :

What makes me interested is the "Skybridge". It's a very long Bridge where we can see and enjoy all the beautiful view of the forest. So I and my mother were going up to there and took some nice pictures. We can see everything clearly from the top.

There are some lamps on the bridge so that the visitor can still enjoy this forest in the night. I wonder how this skybridge looks like at night. I think the best time to visit this forest is still in the morning until afternoon because we can see the green color of leaves under sun shine. Well, just a note, The woman in below picture is my mother. XD

7 skybridge.jpg

The design and construction of Skybridge is respecting the nature. The Architect made the Bridge in circle shape around the tree so that It can keep growing. Well. I think after some years when the trees start growing to destroy some part of bridge I think the adjustment will be needed.

This is how the skybridge looks like from the bottom. Pretty cool isn't? To me it looks like the railway of train above the road (just my imagination).

There's a large seat and the shape is resemble the fish. The seat is enough for some people, well, around 7 to 10 people perhaps.

The forest has some playing ground for children. The first one is lumps of wood and sands, the second one is the slide and the third one is hide and seek wall. there are some holes which is made in particular shapes like star, triangle, circle, etc.

I found an amazing leafy shelter where people can sit and talk under leaves. This place might be very cool to talk with your partner.

Along the pedestrian street, we can see lots of colorful plants which is very beautiful to look at

There are also some trees which looks like pine trees in the forest :

I think the forest is designed for married couple or young people with their boy or girl friend because I saw some wooden crafts which is made in love shape.

There's also another wood craft which is made to be the spot for couple to take picture picture together like this :

I saw another beautiful ornament in the forest. To me, this is also a good place to take picture with our partner.

This is the pigeon cage where they live, breed and feed their little birds.

There's a large circular field where people usually hold some agenda or festival. As we can see in the picture below there will be an events which commemorate world safety and healthy at work.

@queen-silvia Wow, what a beautiful forest. I was most impressed by the winding paths designed to follow the tree trunks, which is such a creative design.

Thank you for the kind words, sophronia.

Yea, The architect was very creative when they construct the building in the forest. I also amazed. Thanks for reading :)

Yeah, That would be cool. Indonesia is very cheap country, I think you may want to visit some places here one day :)

Thanks for the reply, Jelenaa. Much appreciate it :)

I sure do love the idea of some forest fresh air... I spend way too much of my day breathing in the dirty air of New York City.
